The location and the apartment itself were excellent.

The apartment was well supplied. The bathroom was modern and lovely. The location was excellent.

The only thing that could have been better was the inner area of the building where the apartment was located. It looked a bit run down. But once we were inside the apartment, it was absolutely lovely with all the amenities to be comfortable.

The location was great for walking around. The apartment was a good size, the loft for the bed was great (just watch your head if you’re over 5’5’’

The mattress was kind of lumpy and could use a good foam topper to make it more comfortable. Could also use a few more kitchen essentials (bottle opener, extra trash bag).

Location was excellent.

The shampoo was almost gone. The coffee machine was not functioning. The neighbor frequently plays music at a high volume. There is no available space to store luggage prior to check-in. They don't have bed side table. Towel was a bit dump. No much power outlet available.

The staff wasn't communicating well at all. They didn't answer us when we arrived to do check in and they gave us a wrong room where we sew a different guest on accident.

Good location, 15 mins from train,...Not great

Was at least modernized inside the apartment. Good water pressure and hot water in shower. Good location. Easy check-in.

Entering this place, it's very strange. It's inside a very old, rundown building. The apartment itself is fine, but reeked of bleach that they had used to clean. I had to open the windows to air it out. Asked for a fan, and they said they would come and leave one, but it never arrived. No communication, it just never happened. Needs paint on the walls inside. Cheap Ikea furniture. Cheap towels, crummy blanket on the bed. Cheap pillows. The table fell apart when I tried to move it so I could charge my phone. Not terrible, and at least it was clean, but come on. Get some decent furniture and take five minutes to touch up the paint.

Modena full center, with inconvenient

The flat is located steps away from Modena city center, in a old building (probably used as offices or some other business/governmental activities) but fully renovated, probably newly furnished. Spaces are large and luminous and it has great charm; came with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

However, and I would not expect this from a new place, I spent the night devoured by bed bugs and after two weeks I still bring signs with me. Some might say this can happen, I think an accommodation should check this first and take the appropriate measures to avoid inconveniences like these.

Al inizio avevo una sensazione strana vedendo le scale mal tenute ma poi mi sono abituata ! Magari quando uno sta per 10 giorni si potrebbe cambiare la biancheria del letto e fare un cambio asciugamano !!

Ottimo posizione

Una volta entrati nel loft è tutto molto carino, il soppalco è raggiungibile con una scala ripida ma basta fare un pô di attenzione . La posizione dell'appartamento è perfetta in pieno centro storico .

L'entrata genarale del palazzo e le scale ( che sono parecchie se viaggiate con valigie e non ho visto ascensori ) per raggiungere l'appartamento sono davvero fatiscenti .

Molto buona la posizione rispetto al centro storico. L'appartamento è confortevole, buoni gli spazi.

Scarsa l'attrezzatura della cucina: consigliato piatti fondi, cavatappi, qualche pentola in più di dimensioni più piccole, tovaglia, tovaglioli...ecc Necessaria qualche piccola riparazione: tappo del lavandino del bagno.

La posizione.

L'appartamento è molto carino, arredato con gusto, ma avrei gradito una temperatura nella stanza un pò più alta. Abbiamo comunque dormito bene.

Centrale, bello ma un po' freddo nelle giornate più rigide

Posizione perfettamente centrale, spazi comodi ben arregati, presente tutto il necessario, pulizia adeguata

Lo spazio molto ampio in altezza fa in modo che nelle giornate più fredde, come quelle in cui ero presente, non si riesca a scaldare adeguatamente, almeno per come sono abituata io, anche se i termosifoni erano continuamente caldi. Fortunatamente c'erano coperte aggiuntive da usare anche solo per stare sulla poltrona. Lo stabile è stato tutto ristrutturato estremamente e nel cortile, rimane la scala condominiale trascurata. Non va bene per chi ha problemi di mobilità per la mancanza dell'ascensore e per la scala non comoda per raggiungere il soppalco

Gemütliche, komplett ausgestattete Maisonette-Wohnung in der Innenstadt

Eine außergewöhnliche Ferienwohnung auf zwei Etagen. Dadurch sehr gemütlich. Die Wohnung ist absolut komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was man in einer Wohnung brauchen kann: Komplett eingerichtete Küche, im Bad gibt es einen Fön und eine Waschmaschine und sogar Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett ist vorhanden. Leider war ich nur zwei Nächte dort, die Wohnung eignet sich hervorragend für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

Gute Lage, aber nicht sauber und schlecht organisierter Vermieter

Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Das Apartment war nur oberflächlich sauber. In der Küche haben wir eine Kakerlake gesehen. Das haben wir versucht, dem Reinigungspersonal mitzuteilen, das völlig desinteressiert war. Die Check-In-Erfahrung war leider sehr schlecht. Wir haben keine Mail mit Infos bekommen. Der Kontakt mit dem arroganten und überforderten Vermieter war dann schwierig und unerfreulich. Erst nach mehrfachen Anrufen erhielten wir Informationen. Der Vermieter spricht leider ausschließlich italienisch und die Kommunikation ist sehr schwierig, da er nicht lösungsorientiert war. Letztlich kamen wir mit einem Code ins Apartment. Der angekündigte Schlüssel war nicht im Apartment und es hat sich sehr unsicher angefühlt, das Apartment nur mit dem einfachen Code verschlossen zurückzulassen. Keine Entschuldigung des Vermieters in einem der Telefonate oder per WhatsApp. Ihm scheint alles egal zu sein. Im Haus befindet sich eine größere, unter der Woche wahrscheinlich laute Baustelle.

Poca cosa a disposición de la persona. Faltaban bolsas de basura materia higiénico escoba recogedor. La casa debe disponer de más comodidades. La televisión colgada altísima que no puedes ver desde la cama y 2 butacas en lugar de un sofá cama no tienen sentido

Una notte a Modena ...

Sicuramente la casa e gli arredi nuovi hanno reso l'alloggio molto confortevole. Alto punto a favore è la posizione perfettamente centrale rispetto alla città.

Purtroppo, seppur l'appartamento nuovo, lo stabile è vecchio e in ristrutturazione. Probabilmente la potenza della corrente in casa non è sufficiente ad alimentare anche un solo dispositivo (ferro da stiro ad esempio). Il giorno del nostro arrivo siamo stati più di un ora senza corrente in casa, in attesa di un tecnico che sarebbe dovuto arrivare dopo 15 minuti. Il secondo giorno, di prima mattina, altro stacco della corrente in tutto lo stabile per un tempo indeterminato in quanto siamo stati costretti a lasciare prima del previsto l'appartamento.

Une odeur d'égout régnait dans le logement... Fuyez !

Très bien situé (à 5 min du Duomo) et spacieux, l'appartement offrait théoriquement toute les conditions requises pour un séjour idéal. La personne s'occupant du ménage, que nous avons croisée, était très aidante. La propreté du logement était irréprochable. Malheureusement, la qualité de l'hébergement ne correspond clairement pas à ce que l'on doit attendre d'un logement à ce prix.

Derrière les avantages du logement (indéniable en théorie, sur les photos), nous avons rapidement découvert l'envers du décor. Voici les 4 points qui expliquent pourquoi notre notre est aussi basse. 1) L'immeuble (le logement est situé au premier étage) est dans un état de délabrement très avancé, à la limite de l'abandon. Le couloir et la cage d'escalier sont très sales et encombrés. Ils ne correspondent pas au standing d'un logement de tourisme. 2) À notre arrivée, l'eau chaude ne fonctionnait pas dans le logement (ni dans la douche, ni aux robinets). Après que nous ayons signalé le problème par WhatsApp, une solution a été rapidement trouvée grâce à l'intervention de la personne chargée du ménage. Le problème venait du chauffe-eau. Toutefois, nous avons pu constater que la personne avec qui nous avons correspondu ne s'est pas excusée de la situation. 3) Des travaux dans l'immeuble et la cour étaient en cours au moment de notre séjour. L'environnement était donc extrêmement bruyant pendant tout la journée (bruits de machine, des ouvriers chargeant et déchargeant des matériaux...). Il aurait été appréciable que le propriétaire nous prévienne et s'excuse pour ce désagrément. 4) Au moment de la réservation, j'avais vu que d'autres voyageurs mentionnaient un problème de mauvaises odeurs dans le logement. Je pensais qu'il était soit exagéré, soit réglé depuis par le propriétaire. Pendant notre séjour de trois jours, une odeur d'égout imprégnait l'ensemble du logement. C'était encore pire à l'étage où se trouve le lit, au point que nous nous sommes réveillés plusieurs fois chaque nuit tant l'odeur était pestilentielle. Il est impossible que le propriétaire n'en ait pas connaissance. C'est tout simplement inadmissible de louer un logement dans ces conditions.

Ottima Posizione, appartamento molto carino e confortevole in pieno centro

L’appartamento è dotato di cucina con frigorifero e una macchinetta del caffè con cialde per caffè, the e tisane. La posizione della struttura è ottima, on pieno centro di Modena, a due passi dal meraviglioso Duomo di Modena. Basta scendere di casa per trovare diversi locali, ristoranti per cenare o fare aperitivo.

Non ho trovato aspetti negativi per questo appartamento.
