la posizione è centralissima a due passi da tutto; la struttura è si recente ristrutturazione e funzionale
nel bagno ci sarebbe spazio per qualche mobile o mensola in più che renderebbe tutto più facile

Sehr zentrale Lage und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das zweite Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten war perfekt mit grösseren Kindern.
Das Haus ist recht hellhörig und so konnte man im 1. Stock die Hauseingangstür am späten Abend knallen hören, aber ich habe immer Ohrstöpsel auf Reisen dabei ;-)

Cleanliness and facilities were great. Location was in the middle of the action.
Very little natural light. Interior lights were needed 24/7 which was disappointing. This was not clear made from the images on the website which showed windows with natural light.

Excellent location, it super clean, really comfortable. If I am going to Modena again, I’ll definitely stay here.
