very spacious, nice house with parking supermarket in the corner, Mcdonals near, we also ate at DISPENSA EMILIA, very recommend is just in front the mcdonals like 7 min walking from the house

Comodo, pulito, spazioso.

A circa 20/30 minuti a piedi dal centro storico, in zona molto facile da raggiungere, l'appartamento è perfetto per due coppie di adulti perchè le camere hanno bagni separati e la zona living è ampia e attrezzata. Ideale anche con la bella stagione perchè ha uno spazio esterno godibile. Inoltre fornisce parcheggio protetto.

Forse un maggiore isolamento non sarebbe sbagliato, ma il rapporto qualità prezzo è stato davvero vantaggioso!

Bellissima casa, ma.....

La casa era molto bella, abbiamo avuto la bella sorpresa della presenza di due bagni...

La pulizia ha lasciato un po' a desiderare.... Ragnatele sui muri, avrei voluto usare il microonde, ma quando l'ho aperto era sporco.... Inoltre ho trovato un'asciugamano sporca o macchiata, non so.... Nel dubbio non l'abbiamo usata.... Sono cose che non dovrebbero succedere.... Inoltre mancava qualcosa a livello di arredamento, tipo un attaccapanni per i giubbotti...

Casa molto confortevole, con giardino interno, posto auto interno e tutto molto bello e dotata di tutti i comfort. Supermercato letteralmente davanti casa.

Era tutto molto bello e ben curato, fatico a trovare cosa migliorare :-) se proprio volessi cercare uno spunto di miglioramento, metterei una TV in salotto (c'era solo in camera di letto) per rendere quell'ambiente ancor più accogliente, ma parliamo davvero di dettagli!

Maisonette ottima scelta!

Posizione ottima, con un supermercato proprio attaccato a casa, e il parco Ferrari a due passi. Si raggiunge il centro storico a piedi o con gli autobus. Stanze grandi e pulite, grande giardino con veranda ottimo per un aperitivo o una colazione. Il nostro cane è stato molto bene!

Bella esperienza, sicuramente un posto dove tornare a soggiornare quando si è a Modena.

La signora Chiara è stata molto cordiale e gentile, ci ha consigliato luoghi da visitare e locali dove mangiare. La casa era molto pulita, ordinata e molto confortevole.

Erittäin ystävällinen omistaja. Nopea check-in. Asunto todella siisti. Kaksi makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta sekä erillinen iso keittiö/oleskelualue. Keskusilmastointi toimii hyvin. Kaunis piha-alue ja autolle oma paikka pihalla. Vettä jääkaapissa tarjolla sekä karkkia. Mainio sijainti, lyhyt kävelymatka palvelujen äärelle. Keskustaan myös pääsee näppärästi. Hyvät sängyt ja tyynyt. Vahva suositus!

Żałuję że nie mogłem zostać dłużej, bardzo dobre miejsce wypadowe aby zwiedzić Modenę i okolice.

Bardzo blisko Lidl. Kameralna i cicha okolica. Wygodne łóżka. Bardzo miła właścicielka. Miejsce postojowe. Dwie łazienki. Czysto. Ekspres do kawy.

Na piechotę trochę daleko do centrum, ale wiedziałem o tym i nie byłem zaskoczony. Dłuższy spacer, za to nie można się zgubić.

Como se estivesse em casa, com a melhor anfitriã!

Primeiramente, Chiara, nossa anfitriã, foi incrível e mais que gentil. Nos recebeu para o check in super fora do horário, e sem nenhum problema por isso. Nos deu orientações e indicações, além de nos mostrar o apartamento. No dia do check out, que poderia ter sido sem sua presença (self check out), se ofereceu para voltar ao apartamento e colocar toda a nossa bagagem em seu carro, já que não encontramos luggage stores disponíveis e ainda tínhamos meio dia na cidade. Como se isso não bastasse, ainda levou nossa bagagem até a estação, na hora da nossa partida. Agradecemos demais sua atenção e gentileza, Chiara! Sobre o apartamento: é na verdade uma casa, no térreo de um prédio de 3 andares. Bairro residencial, com McDonals, Burguer King e Dispensa Emilia a 5 minutos a pé, além de um supermercado na porta. Há um ponto de ônibus a 2 minutos tb. A casa é bem espaçosa, com cozinha grande e equipada com pratos, talheres, panelas e outros utensílios. Tem uma varanda com mesinha e jardim. Os quartos são amplos, sendo uma suíte e um lavabo. Quartos escuros (persiana elétrica) e silenciosos. Chuveiro bom.

O apartamento não possui máquina de lavar, e seria perfeito se tivesse uma. O bairro é super residencial, mas não nos passou 100% de segurança... muito vazio para andar à noite, o muro da casa é baixo. Não vimos absolutamente nada, foi apenas uma sensação.
