Highly recommend this place and you won’t regret nothing. Location was the best to reach everywhere and closer to Modena

All well organised and cleaned. Owner very professional and always available to listen to your needs and room was amazing and super cleaned.

Loudness from other people in the evening hitting doors and quarrelling.

The owner isn't flexible. We got the wrong unit and were entering the house 20 minutes over the phone entry and unlock and AC was not included in the price he asked money for remote control for AC I would avoid this property

It was beautifully decorated room Fairly clean Easy check in and check out

I had made this booking using Google maps that led me to booking.com there La Casa del Vindante claimed to be a B&B (bed and breakfast) and it was not since there was no breakfast included in the stay We also found mold around the windows and we had to request to get the remote for the air-conditioning

安く宿泊することができました。少し歩いたところにスーパーマーケットやファーストフード店もあり、便利です。町のはずれにありますが、バス路線があるので町の中心部に行くことができます。

部屋にエアコンがありましたが、リモコンがなく、結局使うことができませんでした。寒いのが苦手な人にはおすすめしません。

La disponibilità del proprietario

L'odore sgradevole entrando in casa e poi nella stanza. Il piumone sembrava sporco e presentava una macchia al centro. Non è esattamente vicino al centro. Personale mi sono dovuta spostare con la macchina. Il bagno non è in stanza ma si deve raggiungere tramite un breve corridoio. Anche se l'host ti dice che è privato, effettivamente non si sa se qualcuno nel mentre lo usa .

Nulla. Niente colazione (forse bisogna andare in un bar vicino e forse a pagamento non è stata chiara la persona che ci ha ricevuti). Niente posto auto bidet sporco lascio immaginare di cosa. Niente acqua calda, ingresso sporco e molto altro.

Secondo me è da ristrutturare tutto sembra fatiscente.

Allucinante

Quando stavamo per metterci a dormire hanno aperto la nostra camera altri ospiti che vi avevano dormito la notte prima e i cui bagagli ed effetti personali erano stati spostati dal personale in un'altra camera senza avvisarli!! La situazione è stata scioccante e imbarazzante per entrambi, noi che ci siamo visti aprire la camera e quasi abbiamo dovuto difendere il nostro alloggio da un tentativo di violazione, loro che vedevano la "loro" camera, che avevano lasciato con le loro cose, occupata da altre persone ed erano temporaneamente senza un posto.. Una situazione assurda che è stata stemperata solo grazie alla reciproca comprensione e civiltà.. Una mancanza assolutamente ingiustificabile, soprattutto la mancata comunicazione con le persone traslocate senza il loro consenso.

Cortesia e disponibilità nell’accoglienza, possibilità di parcheggio gratuito accanto alla struttura, pulizia degli ambienti e convenzione con il bar vicino alla struttura per la colazione a 3€ a persona . Letto comodo

La posizione non centrale ma soprattutto per la vicinanza con la strada trafficata . Camera tripla un po’ piccola . Mancanza di bidet in bagno ma sempre per lo spazio ristretto .. infissi poco isolanti ..

Non ho fatto colazione, quindi non valutabile. Ho letto però la convenzione con il bar e mi sembrava interessante. Nel caso all'interno della struttura adiacente alla stanza, vi era la possibilità di prepararsi un caffè (tutto a disposizione (caffè, acqua,, zucchero, bicchiere, oppure scaldare acqua con bollitore a disposizione e nel caso un forno a microonde)
