Good hotel for 1 night, walking distance to historic center.

Easy access by car, parking in the back. Friendly staff! Modern decor seemed recently renovated but lacked a little bit of charm. Good size room. AC worked well, easy to control.

Neighborhood was smelly. Walls are paper thin; we could hear the neighbors brush their teeth and talk. The shower could use some love, a little bid moldy in the mottom.

Well placed if you are driving and need safe free parking ( bring earplugs)

Very well placed as you enter the town with minimal driving through busy Modena but it’s and easy 20 min walk to the centre of town. The receptionist was very friendly. A good secure free underground car park.

One of the noisiest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. We could hear everything from the rooms around us and the occupants weren’t being particularly loud. The shower looked old and dated but was actually very powerful. The noise from neighbours showers was awful. The noise from the road outside was awful. Saturday night in Modena was busy with scooters and motorbikes going past every few minutes till late.

The value for money of this hotel was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff friendly with a very good breakfast. There is also a bus into town across the street. Otherwise it is a 20 minute walk.

If you opened your windows, there was traffic noise.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was really nice. The breakfast was delicious, but there could be a better selection of food. The great thing is that the hotel offers a free parking spot.

The walls were probably freshly painted so there was some smell. Beside that, everything was very good.

Our stay was perfect, great price for the structure/location. A special comment to the staff which was really helpful and kind.

It may be a bit far away from the city center if you’re walking but there are other faster ways to get there (train, bus, bike, etc).

Perfect stopover on our way from the costiera romagnola to Milan, not far from the highway and close to downtown Modena.

The hotel structure is modern, and our room was quiet, spacious, nicely equipped, and super clean. Free on-site parking. Buffet-style breakfast with a decent spread in a pleasant room on the first floor. A special shout-out to the lady at the reception whom I called to advise of our late arrival (2am). She had informed the night staff and we were able to check in smoothly.

Parking in front of the hotel was full, so we followed the signs for a parking lot behind the hotel. From the signs it seemed like there was a back entrance, but we couldn’t find any so had to shlep our luggage on a cobble-stoned path to the main entrance (a bit eerie at night). The first room we were assigned reeked of smoke, but we got a different one within 2 minutes.

This hotel is a 10 to 15 min walk from the city centre.

Very basic but ok.

Constant noise in room. Water droplets falling down in pipe within wall as condensation was occurring. At times this noise was a nuisance. The air-conditioning in room did not have an on/off switch neither could the temperature be varied.

good location for Modena city to avoid parking problems! Free off road parking in rear of hotel. Breakfast included with good choice in large modern dining room. 15 minute walk to ring road, 25 mins to centre. Buses outside, train station nearby. Friendly bilingual staff. Clean and Comfortable well equipped rooms Good value for money for modern hotel Two good local pizzerias in short walking distance.

no ramps from car park to hotel at rear so struggle with suitcases. Hotel bar not appealing for drinks, no restaurant serving evening meals despite having excellent dining room. Television noise at breakfast, not really necessary, intrusive. No balcony on rooms, would be useful at back of hotel is very sunny. In secondary retail area on outskirts of city so little tourist interest around area.

it’s close proximity to the city. All of the staff were wonderful

they advertised wifi but it wasn’t available in our room 5th floor and we had to go to the lobby which is unacceptable .

The hotel was clean and the staff attentive. The refurbishment has been done to a high standard throughout. Would happily stay here again if in the area.

Shower was a little tight to manoeuvre in (mind I am 6' 4"). The air con didn't seem to work so got a bit warm at night, though not overbearing. Location is a little out from the centre but it was only 20-25 minute walk to the centre and was well connected with frequent buses to the centre and train station so didn't affect us much.

Very comfortable, clean, close to center with private parking behind hotel

Very clean, close to city centre (5-8min by bus)15-20 min by foot), private parking available behind the hotel (also a camera is watching the parking lot), very good pizzeria nearby, good english speaking and kind staff!

Little noise coming from barhroom vent (neighbours, music from somewhere), but was not a disturbing problem
