Easy access by car, parking in the back. Friendly staff! Modern decor seemed recently renovated but lacked a little bit of charm. Good size room. AC worked well, easy to control.
Neighborhood was smelly. Walls are paper thin; we could hear the neighbors brush their teeth and talk.
The shower could use some love, a little bid moldy in the mottom.

Very well placed as you enter the town with minimal driving through busy Modena but it’s and easy 20 min walk to the centre of town.
The receptionist was very friendly.
A good secure free underground car park.
One of the noisiest hotels we’ve ever stayed in.
We could hear everything from the rooms around us and the occupants weren’t being particularly loud.
The shower looked old and dated but was actually very powerful.
The noise from neighbours showers was awful.
The noise from the road outside was awful. Saturday night in Modena was busy with scooters and motorbikes going past every few minutes till late.
