Really excellent facility however no easy access to food until dining opens and poor English. Not for the average travel

Brand new modern hotel. Excellent rooms.

Too pricey and had established themselves as “fancy” with white linen cloth dinner service with expensive dining but nothing “simple” Italian. Only one staff member spoke English so it became a problem to find snacks before dining opened and the bar only served alcohol. Not a hotel for the regular European traveler to Italy

Excellent - I’d highly recommend!

Outstanding facilities, they even have a pillow menu where you can have different types of pillows delivered to your room to match your comfort preferences.

It’s a little out of the way of central Modena, but only 5-10 minutes in a cab

Excellent hotel just outside of Modena, recommend it!

Been before and chose it for the excellent location, high quality room and free parking. Breakfast also excellent. Staff friendly. Very good walk in rain shower. Is ideal to connect to the motorway north/ south. Also good dor a visit to Modena, as not far from the centre but quiet location.

Fridge wasnt working but for 1 night was not a problem.

A very pleasant surprise for a short stop over in our road trip.

Every thing about the Hotel was far above our expectations. We were only staying for the one night and it was ideal for us be based there and a short drive into the centre of town where we experienced the atmosphere which was very vibrant on a Sunday afternoon. We may now come back for a longer stay next time.

There was absolutely nothing that we did not like about the property.

Modern hotel set up more for buisness than family stay

Rooms were very clean and modern to a high standard with a very powerful shower. Hotel staff all very helpful and polite. Bar was nice with outdoor seating. Breakfast small selection, could have done with More fruit choices. Had gluten free options .

Bar were promoting euro food but they couldn’t even get the football on the screens. Definitely more catered to working people. Despite large indoor car park, still wanted to charge money to park there and instead used large free car park but it is on an industrial estate. We walked into Modena but it’s a good 3 mile walk and not the most scenic. No metro located nearby.

The stay was excellent, couldn’t have asked for anything more.

The hotel was beautifully designed, functional and comfortable. The staff were friendly and always eager to assist. Overall it was a wonderful experience for my family and myself. We have book-marked the hotel and will stay here again when we visit Modena again.

Siamo arrivati alle 18.00 e la nostra camera non era stata preparata. Il bagno era sporco. La carta igienica era degli ospiti precedenti. Il cestino del bagno non era stato svuotato. Vari peli in bagno. L’hotel non è centrale e si affaccia su strada molto trafficata. Non ci sono camere con balconi. Il ristorante è molto bello, ma rimane discreto, non ottimo.

La sosta ideale alla porte di Modena

Posizione strategica a ridosso dell’uscita dell’autostrada direzione Modena. Ampio parcheggio, sia all’esterno che coperto. Stanze pulite, confortevoli e accoglienti, nonostante l’arredo minimale (da tipico business hotel). Ricca colazione, elegante ristorante interno e piacevole atmosfera nel lounge bar.

Ottima struttura alberghiera di recente realizzazione dallo stile moderno e minimalista. Camere comode, pulite e ben dotate che ben rappresentano la classificazione a 4 stelle della struttura. Letti molto comodi e buona insonorizzazione. Colazione eccezionale con ottima varietà del menu, da dolce al salato. Personale attento e professionale senza essere invadente.

La posizione è distante dal centro storico ma in prossimità della viabilità principale. Il parcheggio pubblico gratuito è un po' desolante, ma c'è la possibilità di parcheggiare privatamente.

O café da manhã era muito bom, o problema é que tudo o que deveria ser quente ao longo de todos dias estava gelado, coisas como ovos fritos, ovos mexidos e bacon tudo gelado a ponto da gordura da panela estar branca e dura

Struttura moderna, ristrutturata di recente, molto bella

Staff freddo alla reception, pulizie praticamente assenti: sollevando i portasaponi si notava lo sporco incrostato, dietro al mobile del frigo bar c'era polvere sedimentata; frigobar vuoto,nulla da mangiare o bere (ovviamente a pagamento, ma nemmeno c'era la lista dei prodotti); all'arrivo delle due bottigliette offerte dell'acqua una era già stata aperta ed era stata consumata a metà; i cestini della spazzatura sono stati svuotati solo quando erano pieni e non tutti i giorni, oltre al fatto che le bottigliette vuote non venivano buttate. Non è stato ricaricato il porta fazzoletti nonostante lo avessimo lasciato aperto apposta. Per essere un 4 stelle, un servizio da 2.
