The room was modern and clean. It felt very quiet and private. Beautiful neighborhood and a close walk to the historic main area of Modena. We loved that it had easy to park outdoor parking. They have three parking spaces and they will give you a parking pass to park nearby if all the parking is reserved. We have been in some difficult parking situations in Europe and this one was a breeze. Plus it was such a nice accommodation. You will not be disappointed.

The area is central, the place is nice.
Plenty:
1) The place is considered professionally run, but the staff is only available through phone except in the morning to collect the tax;
2) It's said it has parking but there are few places and my long car would not have fit; I got an exemption to park on the road (quite heavy traffic);
3) the room was very noisy (noise from inside: fridge and random loud noises): I am used to very silent rooms so I'm very sensitive, but I woke up a couple of times during the night.
