Ample free parking, close to Modena.

Uncomfortable bed and particularly bed mattress. it’s a foam mattress that sags. Pillow were also very thin. Extremely slow Wi-Fi (200 Kbps).

Good place to stay in Modena if you have a car

The hotel is simple, the pool is really great and it looks just as good as on the photos. The breakfast was OK, you could take it outside which was a plus. The room was quite spacious, with big windows, maybe a little too green for my taste.

The worst hote i’ve ever been😡

The noise of other rooms feels so much. The smell of room was so bad . And in bathroom even more bad smell. The toilet and bath was dirty and you cant wash.

The restaurant was closed - but it was Sunday evening It was difficult to access the hotel from the motorway

Superb - we'll be back!

Excellent location for accessing Modena by car. All the staff, without exception, were helpful and very welcoming. The breakfast was excellent and served with a warm smile. The outdoor pool and grounds were perfect to relax and chill. Superb restaurant just immediately across from the hotel.

Hot water pressure a bit "hit and miss" but didn't detract from an excellent stay.

High-end older hotel with very nice staff and swimming pool.

Private parking, not entirely secure, but certainly safe enough. The swimming pool was clean, but salty. The room was a bit old, but clean. The hotel does give you a lot of extras (slippers, soaps, shoe shine, ...) which is a nice touch. The personnel was very friendly. The breakfast was extensive and Covid safe. You had to tell the waiters what you wanted. It was a bit chaotic, but nice nevertheless. Espresso was very good.

Quite a slippery floor, but the hotel procures slippers. There was some noise noticeable from other rooms, specifically the noise of the shower, toilets, ... Parking did not have a gate, but was private to the hotel. The location is what it is, not within any center, but it suited our needs.
