Seemed a little out of place where it was. The area was under developed, albeit it was just off the motorway which suited us and there were places to eat nearby.

Appartamento spazioso, con mobilio moderno, letto comodo, bagno separato dalla doccia comoda e ampia, riscaldamento regolabile con lo split a parete

lucernari sul soffitto della mansarda, senza possibilità di apertura, in numero di tre senza possibilità di essere oscurati; cucina attrezzata completamente priva di stoviglie e anche del ben minimo bicchiere né bollitore menzionato nella descrizione, scortesia del gestore al quale è stato chiesto di fornire perlomeno un bicchiere e un cucchiaino e non lo ha fatto; mancanza di un armadio guardaroba con presente solo un appendiabiti con un pianale; appartamento qualitativamente ben al di sotto dei servizi pagati

Pulito e comodo per autostrada, con margini di miglioramento

Il caseggiato è molto curato e si trova molto vicino a imbocco autostrada, ottimale per le nostre esigenze. Le a stanza era di recente ristrutturazione, molto ampia e pulitissima. Le interazioni con proprietario/gestore sono state molto efficienti e veloci.

Il Wi-Fi non ha mai funzionato. Il riscaldamento è a pompa di calore, e ci ha messo un po’ a scaldare la stanza. Il bagno - il cui riscaldamento dipende anch’esso dalla pompa di calore - è rimasto freddo. La macchina del caffè indicata nella descrizione non c’era ed era sostituita da bollitore e bustine di tè.

Struttura nuova, molto gradevole e pulita, siamo stati bene

Struttura nuovissima, ben rifinita e in ottime condizioni, materiali gradevoli e di buon livello (per esempio rubinetteria Grohe). Bagno ampio con doccia comoda dotata di un intelligente pavimento antiscivolo. Pulizia buona, salvo un po' di polvere sulla parte alta del termoarredo in bagno e sulla parte superiore della testata del letto. Climatizzazione confortevole con pompa di calore in camera da letto e termoarredo elettrico in bagno. Frigorifero efficiente e comodo. Armadio "open air" Letto abbastanza comodo, cuscini in Memory "anti cervicale" in ottime condizioni, materasso un po' duro per i miei gusti, ma comunque comodo.

La posizione, da un lato molto comoda per chi viaggia perché è molto vicina al casello di Modena Nord, dall'altro è un po' isolata. Il bar più vicino non è un gran che, per fare una buona colazione conviene prendere la macchina. Nella descrizione della camera era indicata la macchina per il caffè, che invece non era presente in camera.

Bella struttura, camera ampia, ma occupata da troppi letti. Curata e abbastanza pulita. Arredi moderni . Velocità e accuratezza di risposta dei proprietari per indicazioni e check-in

pavimento sporco. Molto affollata da letti, che impedivano anche di aprire e chiudere finestre e persiane. Riscaldamento staccato in bagno e in camera da attivare con due sistemi. Quindi freddino e complicato.

Weekend a Modena

Viaggio spesso per lavoro e mi è capitato di soggiornare in ostelli, hotel, locande, bnb, stanze in afitto, ecc. ma Villa Eliseo è su un altro livello. Moderna, pulita, comoda, con un ampio parcheggio. La camera è ampia, pulita, con tutti i comfort e silenziosa. Sono stato molto soddisfatto della mia scelta e anche della comunicazione che è stata sempre rapida, gentile e professionale. Non capito spesso nella zona di Modena, ma d'ora in poi non avrò dubbi su dove pernottare. Fortemente consigliato.

Gut für Zwischenstopp, sauber, nahe Autobahn

Wer eine Unterkunft als Zwischenstopp nahe der Autobahn sucht und kein Frühstück benötigt, ist hier genau richtig. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr gut (wir wurden per whatsapp angeschrieben wegen des Check-ins und der Übernachtungssteuer die noch ausstand) Die Einrichtung war modern und neu, das Bad sehr schön renoviert mit großer Dusche, Bidet und alles war sehr sauber. Es gab sogar eine Klimaanlage, die wir nicht brauchten, wegen nicht so warmen Temperaturen. Außerdem gab es auch Moskitonetze an den Fenstern, was ich unbedingt notwendig finde, wegen der vielen Stechmücken

Ich persönlich habe eine empfindliche Nase, mich hat der starke Raumduft (Parfüm) etwas gestört und ich musste sofort die Fenster aufmachen. Im Badezimmer stank es stark nach Abwasser.

Posizione strategica, vicinissima al casello di Modena Nord. E' una bellissima palazzina immersa nel verde, e le camere sono spaziose, pulite, curate in ogni dettaglio, con aria condizionata, una doccia bella grande, e letti comodi. Consiglio a tutti il soggiorno.

Camera molto pulita e accogliente. Letto comodo. Design impeccabile. Alto rapporto qualità prezzo.

Procedura di check-in on-line da evitare. Rischio di perdersela nel marasma di mail e non molto carino dover pagare la tassa di soggiorno in anticipo, sebbene consentito dal comune.

Petit déjeuner en libre service. Correct sans plus. A proximité de l'autoroute, emplacement idéal pour une nuit lors d'un long trajet. Etablissement neuf (ou refait à neuf) et parfaitement insonorisé.

Ottima esperienza

Posizione molto comoda per la fiera o per chi è di passaggio come noi. in pochi minuti si raggiunge il centro di Modena con l'auto ma si è anche a 1 minuto dall'imbocco dell'autostrada. Camera molto spaziosa e pulita. Cucina a disposizione. Gestore gentile e disponibile.

Unica pecca è la mancanza di scelta dei cuscini (erano tutti e 3 identici). Ce ne siamo accorti la sera essendo arrivati tardi e non abbiamo chiesto se ce ne fossero altri disponibili (in camera non c'erano).
