Our host couple, Gianna and Giuliano are delightful people who love to give personal attention to their guests. They handle restaurant reservation, comfort-enhancing tweaks and the most incredible breakfast of home-make treats we have ever seen! Parking onsite and easy access to Modena make should make this anyone's first choice of accommodation. Bed was super comfortable and large windows give you fresh air or there is A/C if you need it.

Wonderful hosts. Great recommendations for the area and helped make dinner reservations in town. Delicious breakfast (SO many options and all homemade -- felt like visiting an awesome grandma's house). Very social kitchen area with fellow guests and hosts. Would stay again!

Very friendly, informative hosts, wonderful breakfast and accommodation generally. We would highly recommend this B&B and will definitely return when in Modena. A hotel stay would not have compared to the service and attention we received.

Wonderful stay! Gianna and Giuliano are an incredibly pleasant couple - we LOVED Gianna's homemade breakfast and sitting and speaking with them. They helped with a few itinerary questions. We would definitely stay again.

The host is wonderful! The room is very clean, modern and comfortable. The location is just 10min drive to the city center. The breakfast is the best I have ever seen in a B&B. 100% recommended!

Stayed here 2 nights and made to feel welcome the whole time. Bedroom a bit small as you would expect with a B&B but bathroom a nice size. Breakfast is all home made and delicious. Hosts arranged good tours to parmigiana and balsamic vinegar factories. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.
