The location far from everything and there’s no public transportation to reach there, there’s no lift, they don’t provide siap or shampoo in the bathroom

Great place for travelstop along the A1 near Modena.

Ideal location for traveling along the A1 autostrada to the south or north. Room was good. Bed was also fine for us. Room is nice and dark so great if you want to sleep when it's light outside. We had an early checkout at 6:30, with the breakfast at the place on the other side of the road (great cappuccino !!). Staff was friendly and very helpful

the price is very reasonable, and the place is near the highway

very noisy outside, but ok with windows closes. The bed is extremely low on the floor. It feels almost like being on the floor. Difficult to get the telephone number for the place, as there is a cafe downstairs with the same name and they don't like each other.

Perfect solution for a road trip stop.

The lady at the reception was exceptionally kind. Very fast with checking and insisted on helping me with my kids and luggage to the room. Room was fine, as expected when I booked.

Nothing really. I just needed a cheap hotel near the highway to break my very long trip home. That's what I got. I didn't expect anything more than that. Wouldn't think of booking such an hotel for a stay to visit the city anyway.

never saw any staff but its fine, we came in late so self check in was seamless through whatsapp. the property was super hot tho, no aircon so we opened the windows but its nearby the freeway/highway so it sounds like waking up to worldwar 3 with all the trucks and such. breakfast in the nearby bar was simple but fine (coffee and one croissant)

Pleasant, comfortable, handy.

The location is excellent if you are using the B&B for a stopover and need to get to the autostrada quickly. The bed was really comfy and the room very clean. We enjoyed having a fridge in the room which you don't always find. The shower was nice but the hot water wasn't really hot, although the room was so nice and warm that it didn't really matter. The breakfast was ok, no extras, but we had a nice cappuccino, a croissant and orange juice. But the plus of this B&B is the fantastic restaurant "Lo Stalliere" across the road, the food and wine is excellent and the staff is really nice.

The hot water wasn't very hot. They hadn't bothered to finish up the ceiling in the point that met the wall so you could se what was behind the ceiling, it bothered me a little.

Gut als Absteige bei Durchfahrt (nahe Autobahnkreuz, vis-à-vis von hervorragendem Speiserestaurant ("Lo Stalliere")

Bei Ankunft war "unser" Zimmer ungereinigt. Der Betreiber hat uns aber umgehend ein anderes zugewiesen. Das war ok. Für das Öffnen der Tür brauchte es allerdings jeweils 7-8 Anläufe bis der Schlüssel griff und die Tür sich öffnen liess.

De locatie is makkelijk bereikbaar , het parkeren voor de deur, het vriendelijke personeel.

La camera è modesta e abbaastanza pulita e ad un buon prezzo, ma il materasso è osceno da non riuscire quasi a dormire perché una buca unica, veramente scomodo e per me il materasso, che adesso cambiarlo non costa cifre esagerate, è fondamentale.
