Nice short-stay

The staff was very kind and clear in communication, available to help me with any problems. The apartment being located next to the station is very convenient, and no noise complaints about the station. It lies at a very doable 15-20 minute walk from the city center. The room was very spacious.

The kitchen and bathroom could do with a bit of love and renovating. Although clean, it felt a bit messy and old. In the room I had, the wifi was very bad, other rooms should be better. The room could use a small table or desk. Some drawers in the room had not been cleaned

I loved the place. I would come back!

The place felt like home away from home. The friendly owners or support team that is ready to help whenever there are issues on registration, keys, which was in my case a new experience. All rooms in the apartment are clean. The cleaning lady too is very helpful and shows around where needed.

The Registration process and handling the keys is very long, but once you understand the process is mainly for security purposes, then all is good.

Sconsiglio vivamente

Posizione buona anche se non delle migliori. Ovviamente stando vicino alla stazione i soggetti che circolavano nei dintorni non erano i più tranquilli. La casa in sé potrebbe essere carina, ma la gestione manca completamente di attenzione ai dettagli e alla cura dell'ospite.

Purtroppo l'esperienza è stata molto deludente. Fin dall'arrivo abbiamo riscontrato una pulizia insufficiente: i bagni erano sporchi di feci, una situazione inaccettabile per una struttura ricettiva. Il cuscino della mia camera era sporco e spezzettato, poco igienico. Nella camera si avvertiva una puzza persistente. La situazione in cucina e anche in bagno era ancora peggiore: blatte che sbucavano dai mobili e anche avendo segnalato non è stato fatto assolutamente nulla. Stoviglie e utensili pochi, molti appiccicosi. Lo stendino a soffitto era rotto e ci è persino caduto addosso mettendo a rischio la nostra sicurezza. Inoltre, la lavastoviglie era fuoriuso. Dopo aver segnalato delle blatte, ci è addirittura stato chiesto di pagare 25 euro per avere il cambio lenzuola e asciugamani, una richiesta che, viste le condizioni generali dell'alloggio abbiamo trovato fuoriluogo. Purtroppo non consiglierei questa struttura.

Posizione strategica

L’appartamento è situato nel piazzale adiacente alla stazione a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro.

La camera n 3 non ha una forma regolare ma è sghemba e molto piccola , c’è un letto matrimoniale con due comodini ma soltanto uno, quello più lontano dalla Tv ha l’abat jour e le prese elettriche. Per spegnere la luce ti devi alzare dal letto. La camera era molto rumorosa. Non sono presenti cestini per la spazzatura.

Letto che era praticamente una branda e mura della stanza rotte. Le docce di entrambi i bagni hanno i soffioni incrostati. A prima vista la cucina sembra in buone condizioni ma aprendo degli scaffali ho trovato degli scarafaggi.

Curat, liniștit. Am avut noroc deoarece a mai fost o singura persoana cazată in afară de mine. Nu au fost probleme cu spatiile la comun.

Die Lage neben dem Bahnhof ist super. Große Küche und saubere Bäder.

Das Schlüsselboxsystem ist kompliziert. Es gibt Lärm von den Nachbarn von oben, in der Nacht ist es aber ruhig.

Nettes Zimmer am Bahnhof Modena

Zentrale Lage, bequemes Bett, Wohnung war gepflegt und sauber und es gab einen großen, begehbaren Kleiderschrank.

Heizung konnte nicht abgeschaltet werden (lief die ganze Zeit auf höchster Stufe), laut Vermieter solle man das Fenster aufmachen um die Temperatur zu regulieren

Soggiorno ottimo

Posizione letteralmente di fianco alla stazione, parcheggio in loco disponibile ma a pagamento durante il giorno. Il fatto che ci siano due bagni è molto comodo. L'insonorizzazione è molto buona. Tutti i locali sono curati e riscaldati (non è scontanto).

Unica pecca è stata il doccino del bagno principale incrostato che rende difficile l'uscita di acqua, che va comunque fatta scorrerre un po' prima di usarla perché ci sono piccoli sassolini di calcare.
