B&B is one of the best I’ve ever been to, a lovely traditional Italian room & stay.

Amazing welcome, stay, breakfast. Paulo couldn’t have been more helpful. We will definitely be back, next time we are in the area. (Maybe not to the local walkable restaurant, we felt it was very overpriced).

Hidden gem in Modena.

Very good value for the price of the stay. The vibe of the place gives you a warm welcome feeling. In particular with the breakfast. You felt immediately they did this with care. It feels like you are visiting a relative. The rooms were impeccable and clean. Bathroom and shower were up to our expectations. There was a like a mini bar in the reception where guests can pick up their stuff and pay later at check out which was convenient. The outdoor area was very spacious and good service for those who arrive with a car. Coming to Le Noci di Fei was a litte bit unassuming. The location was a little bit hard to spot at first, but with the help of google maps we figured it out quickly. Paolo the host made the effort to get in contact with us prior to our arrival to ensure good reception. We were greeted with friendly atmosphere and we were absolutely thrilled with our stay. I would definitely come again.

The WIFI was a bit slow. There was nothing else to dislike. All our expectations were met and then some. Maybe the sound insulation can be improved, but we expected this as it's B&B agriturismo. I did not bother me, but I would suggest to the owner...than that's the only two things I can honestly point at.

The hosts were just wonderful! We felt very happy to be there. We were taken care of from the moment we walked in and quie honestly prior with follow ups on anything we could possibly need. We felt very special and we met a great family!

Incredible hosts with a beautiful home!

Paolo is the most gracious and caring host. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend. Probably the best B&B we have ever stayed at. If you have rented a car, it is easy to get around and there is covered parking.

A gorgeous old farmhouse converted into a B&B. Very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. Paulo was a wonderful host and attended to our every need. Very convenient to center city. There is a very good restaurant just across the street that you can walk to.

Absolutely fantastic - 5stars!

Stayed here for 4 nights while exploring the Modena area for great food and motor valley 👍🇮🇹 Paolo and his wife were exceptional hosts with many very good suggestions for authentic restaurants and local produce shops. The breakfast was also nothing short of excellent - with local prosciutto, coppa, cheese and balsamico to go with croissants and other delicatessens. Absolutely recommendable and will book again when in Modena next!

Perfect place to stay and enjoy Modena and all it's traditions!

The hosts are amazing! Very friendly and helpful: they guided us to very nice places around Modena, sharing the culture and tradition of the city. The location is perfect: not in the city center and a few minutes by car/taxi. We loved the room and the entire place! Everything is clean and safe. Breakfast is very good with lots of local fresh food as well! We will come back for sure!

Beautiful & peaceful property and grounds. Only a short taxi ride from Modena city centre. Paolo & his wife Titty were exceptional hosts and very generous with their hospitality. Paolo was very gracious to help us coordinate day trips to a dairy farm, acetaia, and assist with booking reservations for recommended restaurants. We also really enjoyed the nice breakfast prepared each morning. Paolo had excellent communication during our visit making sure we were well taken care of. We cannot thank him and his family enough & we highly recommend this charming B&B to other travelers!

Beautiful Hospitality in Motor Valley

This is a beautiful, clean and comfortable family run property close to all the museums a car enthusiast could want to see. The room and bathroom was large, the breakfast was lovely and our stay came with many extras including a bottle of Lambrusco and a tour of an amazing small batch balsamic producer in the area (Acetaia San Matteo - highly recommend!). Paolo who made our short stay there one to remember - he is so kind. We would love to come back some day!

Unbelievable place

Absolutely amazing place - a charming Italian villa with a style and class, huge rooms with beautifully designed bathrooms, and with a perfect service on top of it. Separate word about the owner (Paolo) and his wife - they are the heart of their place, and their kindness and helpfulness is something out of the line!

The owner & his wife were extremely helpful throughout our stay. They were happy to arrange restaurant bookings, taxis etc. The breakfast was amazing, mostly consisting of home produce,baking, fresh fruit etc.

Top for business and travelling families

The location is simply marvellous. A traditional "villa" reworked to be a perfect alternative to anonimous hotels. Charging station for EV, with cheap rates. Super breakfast with dishes (sweet and salted) for every taste- available even products without lactose! Large room with warm colors and very nice bathroom

It was exceptionally clean and well presented. The breakfast was excellent. Home made cakes were delicious! Our host was extremely helpful and was able to arrange amazing experiences for us in a very short timeframe. More than what we had hoped for. Fantastic.

An exceptional host with an exceptional property.

Paolo was an exceptional host who made us feel very welcome and assisted us with dinner reservations and providing information on local attractions. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was meticulously clean, comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of options sweet and savoury - the highlight being the cakes baked by Paolo’s wife! We were sad to leave and hope to return again in future. We can not speak highly enough of our experience.

The B&B is a little bit outside of Modena. But you are (by car) in a few minutes in the old city. Paolo is a great host. Very nice, helpful, a warm welcome. Very very kind. Just a wonderful stay in Modena!

Paolo was a wonderful host. He was there to open the gate, greet us and walk us about his B & B. His B&B is well located and is a gated property, very comfortable and attractive. Parking is secure and easy. The breakfast was wonderful as were Paolo and his wife. Paolo was very informative and suggested places to tour and we enjoyed all his suggestions.

Charming B&B in Modena

This is a quaint B&B. It is well appointed. The beds are comfortable. The linens are amazing. The setting is incredible. This was my favorite place to stay in all of Italy. The breakfast was so delicious and included Paolos fantastic balsamic vinegar. In addition everything was fresh and from the region. Paolo was also available to help with Taxis, tours and other suggestions of things to do in Modena. He ensured we were having an enjoyable stay. I will most definitely be returning!

Lovely home stay

Wonderful hospitality. Our lovely host went above and beyond to accommodate us. He even made us a booking to a local restaurant which turned out amazing. The breakfast was great with great cakes and his own family balsamic vinegar!

Great place to stay with lovely hosts

Paulo and his family are friendly, helpful and are always trying to ensure your stay and holiday are positive. Lots of useful information regarding restaurants and places to visit which were always welcome. We highly recommend this property. The accommodation is lovely, clean and the breakfast is delicious ( Paulo is a good host and cook). They have a cute dog called Whisky as well as the cat and beautiful granddaughter. We enjoyed spending time in the beautiful garden and loved Modena too

the most welcoming, friendly and helpful host, Paolo. The property is clean, charming and comfortable. the best breakfast we had during our 3-week trip, including the samples of aged balsamic vinegar and nice cheese and cold cut. Also observed the most strict food hygiene here. if you drive car this is the perfect option. Paolo suggested a few food tour options which are excellent.
