Lovely property. Plenty of safe parking

Lovely staff. Clean room, hot shower and comfortable bed. plenty of parking which is a real bonus.

no where to eat within walking distance. Need a car to go to the supermarket or find somewhere to eat.

Everything! The space is so beautiful, the manager is super friendly, helpful, attentive. I couldn’t recommend this place enough ❤️❤️❤️

Great place for a modena break

Staff was very nice and helpful Small outside gated area was very convenient with our 2 years old Apartment had everything we need for a short stay

A bit noisy at night, nothing the staff could do about it as it was coming from somewhere close by Bathroom, specifically the shower, was not great as water kept getting outside

A really great character surprise

The room was superb - character, space, and well appointed. The room we had included a separate kitchen and laundry. The host was exceptional - readily available and responsive.

The check-in instructions weren't clear - but that could just have been language issues. And the room was up two flights of stairs. Neither of these were serious negatives, however.

Amazing residence out from traffic and city noise.

Amazing residence at only 2 km from the city centre, well connected to the main road and easy to access. The staying was comfortable and quiet, and facilities were pretty much cool! Not to mention a very helpful and nice staff!

Nice stay

Nice setup - central location, when using your car. Good bed, bathroom. Small kitchen with refrigerator and freezer - a/c - good wifi - Android TV with chromecast. Safe with key.

You Can hear roads. Only access via stairs- 2nd floor. Basic kitchen - 2 spoons 2 forks 2 plates etc. Only 2 pots is able to work at the same time on the stove. No dishwasher.

Residence Antico Borgo where Luca and Davide make your stay easy.

Just on the outskirts of town residence Antico Borgo offers an excellent location if you’re a walker, heading to a Balsamic Vinegar tour, a Parmigiano Reggiano tour or just want to walk to town-about 45 min. Taxis are easily available through WhatsApp and trains to Bologna are inexpensive and scheduled at least every hour. Luca and Davide are pleasant, hospitable and extremely helpful. Just ask for recommendations and they will also make reservations for you.

They are upgrading the roof to a solar system but work is progressing quickly so by the time you arrive it will probably be completed.

Lovely place to stay with kids whilst we visited all the local sights.

Spacious, good size fridge, gated and plenty of parking. Air con much appreciated. Nice setting.

Could hear what people upstairs. Mocha pot didn’t work on induction hob.

Clean, spacious, air conditioned , pleasing to the eyes, and staff went above and beyond to help you, and they spoke English very well.

Condo/apartment was in good condition. Very spacious main area. Very secure location. Ample parking.

Shower only 27”x27”, could barely move in it. Too far from city center for my liking.

Assolutamente tutto, posizione, struttura, cordialità del personale, attrezzatura da cucina, riscaldamento, per chi ne avesse bisogno anche parcheggio interno. Tutto super soddisfacente. Bravissimi Torneremo di sicuro.

Une très bonne adresse pour une étape à Modène.

Le parking inclus fermé. La chambre spacieuse, bien insonorisée, avec moustiquaire. La literie confortable. Centre ville rapidement accessible en voiture. La machine à café dans la chambre. Le personnel qui a rapidement réglé un problème dans la chambre à notre arrivée.

Tres von séjour, je recommande vivement

Literie très confortable, climatisation silencieuse, filets anti moustique, possibilité de recharger la voiture, parking sécurisé, très vite en voiture au centre, très calme, bien équipé, nous étions vraiment très bien.
