Trendy and good breakfast

Great self serve breakfast in the kitchen. Worked well as we were the only people staying. Great decoration!

Great room, great host. 10/10 would recommend

Obviously, we were a big fan of the car theme which was the main reason we booked it. The host was super friendly and helpful. Added bonuses were the comfortable bed, great bathroom/shower and the balcony. There were plenty of breakfast options in the communal kitchen. The museum Enzo Ferrari was easy walking distance, the centre a bit further out.

Keep in mind when booking that the city centre is a bit of a walk, but you could also drive there. For us, this was not an issue in the slightest.

Better then expected, cool theme and great details

The breakfast was nice, a lot too choose from in kitschen. The rooms where in diffrent car models, the beds looked a bit bad, but they where really good, and lots of pillows. And there where lots of books about cars. So if you are i modena for the cars this is the place to stay

A super comfortable Modena accommodation

This is the most modern apartment I’ve been in! Super clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Very nice kitchen with breakfast available. Elisa and staff were all very friendly and informative.

Not very close to the center of Modena if you need to end up walking. You also have to walk through (not the nicest) neighborhood. There is a bus that runs pretty close to the apartment however.

I liked the enterior it was really creative up to the smallest details. It could be seen that an engineer's hand was in the planning:) Elisa was really nice, and hospitable.

I did not like the breakfast, it was "Covid Safe" wich can be the advantage on one hand if you like prepackaged food, but i prefer fresh croissant, and bakery products, cheese, ham from locals.

Pleasing accommodations but somewhat isolated in terms of restaurants & activities.

Rooms were spacious & very clean. We had balconies on our rooms which were great. There was a community fridge with space allocated for each separate room - there were 4 rooms - 2 with balconies & 2 without. We would definitely recommend the rooms with balconies. The owner, Elisa, who lived on the property, was very nice & tried to be helpful - we did not see much of her though

Breakfast included means food was provided but you had to make it yourself & clean up afterwards which really isn’t my idea of breakfast included. There was very few restaurants within walking distance. A car is almost a necessity. We are walkers so it was okay without a car but we walked many miles to restaurants.

Excellent location to visit the old town. Room is in excellent condition, newly renovated.

The stairs, rooms located on the 3rd floor. Staff was helpful to help us with the bags.

Very good

Very helpful hosts who greeted us personally and gave us a lot of useful advice about visiting Modena and attractions available in the area. Great room decor and private parking. Quiet neighborhood, not far from the expressway (but you don't hear any noise!) and about 10 minutes walk from Modena city center. We definitely recommend it!

Due to the pandemic, breakfast is prepared with hermetically packed products (e.g. there's no fresh bread) and if you get up too late, you may find that there is only food left in the refrigerator (juices, yoghurts, etc.). Of course, this is not Elisa's fault, the breakfasts themselves are varied and there is a large selection of products (different types of cheese, cold cuts, etc.).

it’s very comfortable, warm, calm and clean Elesa was very professional and nice she shared with us every detail that I need regarding the property she even recommended some restaurants for us to go to.

Great space - big rooms

Owner sent a text prior to arriving explaining how to enter the space which went smoothly. The two rooms were large and you could not hear other rooms or the outdoor noise. The beds were Queen or a little larger and the bathrooms were clean and recently renovated.
