Nice and modern building, relatively spacious room and bathroom, very clean, helpful and responsive host. The check-in and check-out were also very easy and quick.
The house is located approximately a 25-min walk from the city center.

Obviously, we were a big fan of the car theme which was the main reason we booked it. The host was super friendly and helpful. Added bonuses were the comfortable bed, great bathroom/shower and the balcony. There were plenty of breakfast options in the communal kitchen. The museum Enzo Ferrari was easy walking distance, the centre a bit further out.
Keep in mind when booking that the city centre is a bit of a walk, but you could also drive there. For us, this was not an issue in the slightest.
