A nice little place

Nice small apartment. Classic for 1, might be a bit small for a couple. Placed in city center, very convenient. Teresa is very nice and answers quickly. Just notice it's 3rd floor with no elevator :)

• Very well equipped • Super central • A very cute place, it feels like a tiny home.

• The bathroom door is a sliding one, which gives no privacy. (It doesn't fully/properly close) • No lift and steep stairs (It was informed before, so it was no surprise) • You can hear people upstairs, which can be a bit unpleasant.

Nice and cozy apartment in the center of Modena. Every sight is within walking distance. The apartment has everything you need, especially an AC, which was quite necessary during these hot summer days. Communication with Teresa was perfect, and she helped us a lot.

Excellent location within Modena city centre. A small kitchenette is provided which you can cook breakfast or a small meal in. Host was very friendly and hospitalable.

The room might be a little small for two people, but is perfect for a solo traveller.

As it is written in guest book "Less is more". The suite is small, but there is everything what you need. Maybe more than you'd think what you need. Terry is very nice and pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay.

A little place that gives you a great time. Cozy room, very clean, comfy bed, everything you need during your stay is there. Perfect starting point to visit Modena. Teresa is such a wonderful host... I would like her to welcome me wherever I travel!

Bellissimo soggiorno

Massima disponibilità della proprietaria, bellissima struttura, curata con tanti dettagli ben pensati. Il riscaldamento ha funzionato benissimo, il letto è comodo. C'erano coperte e cuscini di scorta. Bagnetto e cucinotto comodissimi. Siamo stati benissimo, dovessimo tornare a Modena torneremmo sicuro 💕

Non ne vale la pena per una stanza.

Solo la posizione

Il bagno è impraticabile per quanto piccolo. Senza bidet e con una porta scorrevole che non rende possibile la separazione dalla camera da letto né dalla cucina. La cucina, uno sgabuzzino con lavello singolo senza porta. Al lavello ci si arriva in obliquo. La proprietaria si è lamentata e ci ha offeso per gli odori nella stanza. Direi che si possano tranquillamente spiegare così. Le foto sono fatte dall' alto per evitare che il tutto si spieghi da solo. Per 110 euro i piatti se li può tranquillamente lavare lei. Le abbiamo lasciato una bottiglia di olio d'oliva bio in omaggio. Da non ripetere per una cifra simile.

Posizione davvero strepitosa per il prezzo pagato, camera moderna e pulita

un po' di odore di muffa sulla scala per arrivare al 3 piano, tuttavia in camera non era presente per cui trascurabile come cosa. l'unica vera pecca è il riscaldamento, i giorni in cui ho alloggiato erano molto freddi e la camera ha solo un climatizzatore come fonte di riscaldamento che non è bastato ad avere almeno 19-20° in camera.. ma al massimo 17-18°
