Villa Sofia far exceeded our expectations!

The property and rooms were beautiful and exceeded our expectations. It was easy to communicate on and off property through WhatsApp and they went out of their way to accommodate our plans, including packing us a boxed breakfast when our itinerary for one day had us leaving before the breakfast hours.

Delightful and comfortable, a must!

The location is wonderful, a short walk to downtown and close to the university in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are lovely, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. Very nice, well appointed bathroom as well. Breakfast was generous and delicious. Our hosts were so attentive, providing information about the area, dining suggestions (really great places!), and making reservations for us. This place is truly superior. We will be back!

This hotel was incredible I wish I could have stayed longer!

Beautiful, spacious, and exceptionally clean room. Thoughtful design choices in layout and aesthetics. Breakfast was incredible; both the garden view and the food! The bed was very comfortable. Everything far exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!!

No dedicated parking lot. But the street parking was not too bad when we stayed. Lots of stairs but that didn’t bother us.

The best Villa in Modena

Very kind and pleasant host. The location is newly renovated, everything is nice and look good. Bed is very confortable and the area is silent. Good breakfast and you have free parking in the street of the house.

verblijf was in orde, maar we vonden de prijs te hoog voor wat het was, ook qua ligging.

zeer propere en nieuwe kamer

we ontbijten liever in een ontbijtruimte dan op de kamer. De airco staat steeds op een minimale stand waardoor er altijd wat lawaai is van de airco --> was luid tijdens het slapen. Kamer was proper maar niet super gezellig.

Accoglienza familiare e disponibilità. Bella la stanza, grande e confortevoli il bagno e la doccia. Colazione basica ma buoni i prodotti.

Sehr schön, komfortabel und exklusiv besonders zuzweit

Super tolle moderne Ausstattung, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, vielfältiges Frühstück. Außerdem bist du in ca. 10min zu Fuß in der Innenstadt von Modena

Einziges kleines Manko, dass man sich einen Parkplatz auf der Straße suchen muss und es keine fixen Gastparkplätze direkt vor der Villa Rosa gibt. Sind aber gratis und je nach Saison nicht weit entfernt zu gehen.

Prachtige kamer, vriendelijke ontvangst, heerlijk ontbijt.

Mooie kamer, comfortabel bed, makkelijk contact met aardige gastvrouw. Fijn dat je op de kamer een kopje thee kunt zetten. Onze fietsen konden velig in de tuin staan. Heerlijk ontbijt!
