I like a lot, it was close to downtown

Comfortable stay, very clean

Cleanliness, Breakfast, politness of Staff. Comfort of the beds.

I would consider to place a kettle and tea and coffee sachet. Most of three stars now do it.

Highly recommend.

For a three star hotel it was really good, the staff are very nice and helpful. The location is good since it is close to the university and 20 mins walk to the city center. Right in from of the hotel bus number 7 goes to the central station.

The breakfast was quite limited and it can be improved.

Very poor

You couldn't stand in the bathroom as the ceiling was too law. There was no shower but only a tab in wich you could't stand either. The tab had no cuttsin, so the bathroom gets flooded.

clean hotel near by the historical center, staff very nice, comfort normal

I can not even value the hotel because their was a power faileure in the whole establishement fram 6.30 till 9.30, when I had to leave the hotel. The staff was very busy to repair the defect, but I had to to do breakfast in darkness and their was no coffee and so on.

Very clean room, comfortable bed and mattress, after check out we can leave luggages in the reception, bus no. 7 is going to the city centre.

Pleasant stay for a short period.

Breakfast was good, eggs, fruits, bread, cereals, etc. water, juices and coffee. Location was close to sport place: Palazzo dello Sport Palapanini. Newly renovated entrance with tables and chairs. Parking in front of Hotel.

Room smelled smoky when entering. Few option to hang clothes. Bathroom was small. No power socket next to one bed.

The single room was very small. It really only fits a single bed and not much more.

Staff excellent...rooms very clean but a little dated....the location is 25 min walk to centre but the 7, 7A and 9 buses all stop right beside hotel and run from 5.30am to 9.30pm weekdays. Breakfast was good.

Wasn’t the best location if you don’t have transportation, additionally the electricity plugs didn’t work.
