About this villa rental
Rural house located just 1.5 km from Villanueva del Trabuco, in the province of Malaga, Andalusia.
This farmhouse is the perfect place to enjoy as a group, accompanied only by nature in all its splendor, inviting you to delight your eyes and take walks among olive and cereal fields. The farmhouse, dating back to the early 20th century, has been recently restored while respecting its original structure.
It consists of two accommodations; one with a capacity for 20 people and the other for 10 people. In total, it can accommodate up to 30 guests. The bedrooms will be opened depending on the number of people who book the house.
The distribution includes fourteen bedrooms: three with double beds, ten with two single beds each, and one bedroom with four single beds. There are also seven bathrooms, three with bathtubs and four with shower trays. Two living rooms and two fully equipped kitchens complete the layout of the house.
In the outdoor patio, there is a saltwater pool available from June to September, a barbecue, and an outdoor dining area. All of this will allow you to enjoy pleasant meals with views, taking advantage of the peace and privacy offered by the surroundings.
The bedrooms will be opened based on the number of people who reserve the accommodation. If a smaller number of people wishes to use more bedrooms, the price will correspond to the number of bedrooms that are opened.
Paved access is available until the last 500 meters, which are on a dirt road.

Really nice villa, separated from other houses around so you really get your own peace. It's very well equipped with all things you need for a stay with family/friends. It has BBQ, indoor and outdoor dining tables, also chill out area with outdoor garden furniture. The villa also have lots of utensils so you can easily cook and dine with many people staying there. The owner welcomed us and showed us around, explained the rules etc. and was very nice and welcoming. Villa is 10min drive from Villanueva del Trabuco, which does have Dia supermarket, as well as a very nice bakery and butchers.
A few things to be aware that are not provided: pool towels (so bring yours as they only provide one bath towel per person, only one small hand towels provided per bathroom), no toiletries (e.g. shower gel, shampoo), no washing liquid or dishwasher capsules, no coal for BBQ. Also, the owner doesn't speak any English so definitely have Google translate or similar ready if you don't speak Spanish, to be able to understand all the house rules.

Das Haus ist großartig, es bietet Platz für alles und die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und nahbar. Es war ein unschlagbares Wochenende!

Es war ganz gut, die ganze Gruppe von Freunden, die wir besucht haben, ist sehr zufrieden gegangen. Wir hatten sämtliches Küchenmaterial sowie für die Zimmer. Gepflegte Einrichtungen. Du hast niemanden mit Musik belästigt, in einigen Räumen hast du Ventilatoren und du hast viele Toiletten (5), was positiv ist, wenn man viele Freunde hat. Darüber hinaus ist der Pool recht geräumig und gepflegt. Auch die Stadt war mit dem Auto nicht weit entfernt und es gab mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Inklusive WLAN.
