Caleta Homes - Apartamentos Pompidou

The location is perfect, one block away from malagueta beach and next to shops and restaurants. The apartment is fine. Good size for 5 people. But the kitchen is small and there's not enough storage space. The beds are confortable and shower is good.

The kitchen is small. The tap was loose and the drain was clogged. There wasn't enough plates and glasses for 6 people and when I requested more, the administration asked me for videos to prove that I didn't have them. Also I had to contact the agent 3 times only for paying fees that were not included. The parking that they offered was very narrow and 4 blocks away of the apartment. When I asked for extra duvet they also asked for a video to prove that it was missing. Also, there was a construction at the building in front, and the balcony blinds didn't close, so we had no privacy.

Location,location,location-perfect!!!. Easy to access the building. They can store your luggage before check in and arrange a taxi to or from the airport and the taxi driver was there on time and texted us via whatsapp the noght before!!!transfer was flaweless, kudos for that! Kitchen is well equipped!

The beds arent comfy, too used or never been comfy. check in is late 16:00, but they tried to tidy up the apartment quick so we can access earlier, it was 30min before check in

Great location near the beach, ideal for small families if you want to spend time there. The staff is very polite, great and quick communication and super helpful for any situation. This made the stay completely stress free.

There is some wear to the aprtment and could benefit from a tiny do up, or having new kitchen pans. There was one brand new pan, which was great.

Easy key collection and entry. Excellent location - close to town centre and beach but still very quiet for sleeping at night. Groceries and morning churros a 2 minutes walk. Air conditioning was excellent.

Our kids used the pull out couch, which was quite old and stained (and uncomfortable, even for sofa bed standards!). Definitely needs a fresh coat of paint - walls all banged up and scuffed. Apartment is a bit dark and dingy appearing - quite different from the pictures.
