L’emplacement La décoration Les équipements Le patio
petit souci d’humidité mais qui se gère avec le déshumidificateur, et en laissant bien l’air traversant circuler

La terrasse, l’emplacement central pour visiter.
L’appartement est très bruyant avec le voisin du haut TV à fond jusqu’à 2h du matin tous les soirs. Impossible de dormir

Assez spacieux
Situé dans une ruelle piétonne fréquentée par beaucoup de toxicomanes Très sale Les deux chambres donnent en rez de chaussée sur la rue donc impossible d’ouvrir les volets et fenêtres (les fumeurs de crack devant!) Matelas très souple et très affaissés Patio présent mais beaucoup de pigeons et crottes de pigeons donc on ne s’y tient pas
