Apartamentos Loles De Cisneros Catedral

Location was great! You could not find a better location in the historic district.The apartment had an old world charm. It was like a micro-palace in that it had chandliers and very high ceilings. Loved the royal vibe of the apartment. I would stay there again for sure.

My only slight nit pick is it was not quite as well stocked as some other places on my trip. For instance there was no laundry detergent even though there was a washing machine. Also there was something else missing , I think it was salt (It was a month ago and I don't remember exactly but I do remember I was surprised by the few missing items.) That said, I would still stay there again due to the great location and the value for what was a kind of a mini royal vibe. It was literally located in one of the best parts of the historic district too!

The location is perfect - right in he old Town but on the side enough so you don't have to deal with a crowds. the apartment is clean and had some amenities. AC worked well. The instructions to pickup the keys were clear. Nice layout, quiet all the time (except when upstairs neighbour walks around) and the elevator is very welcome. A bit of a walk to the beach if it's hot but the location close to shops and restaurants is really nice.

Booking.com website and app were useless in the communication with the host I didn't receive the messages and notifications all the time and it led to some confusion and communication. I also couldn't open the messages in the app. There were some issues with the language barrier in communicating with host and asking for a few extras but they provided extra duvet covers to xover ourselves. The rooms get fried oil smell in the afternoon from downstairs even when all the windows and the AC are closed. We didn't have enough toilet paper or garbage bags for a 9-day stay so we had to shop for a few things that we needed. The towels were very bad. They smelled like mold even though they have been washed and they were very harsh on the skin. We bought towels. Overall it wasn't bad, but it definitely needs a bit of improvement.

The apartment was very comfortable and in an excellent location! Although we stayed for just one night, we were very happy with the amenities and easy access. The hosts were friendly and prompt in their communication. The apartment itself is very nicely decorated and pretty, giving a palatial vibe with its many mirrors, tiled floors and chandeliers! The bathroom door wasn't closing properly, but it wasn't an issue for us. The location is exceptional, right next to the Cathedral and all the major hotspots like the Roman theatre and Alcazaba (1 min walk). The Malagueta beach is just a 10-12 min walk away through beautiful gardens and the harbour. There are plenty of restaurants and stores in the vicinity, and we didn't have any issues finding whatever we needed. Overall, an excellent stay option when in Malaga!

Nothing really to complain about. All was good. Best part is location, location, location!
