A complimentary bottle of water would have been appreciated more than the sherry or sweet wine that was provided.

Nice spacious apartment

A bottle of water would have been appreciated rather than some sherry!! Priorities!! Customer service tried to make out they were doing me a favour when I had overbooked accommodation by charging me the same for 6 for 4 nights. I could have released 2 nights had they provided a discount. Instead I held onto it.

Clean modern huge space. Good for long stays.

The washing machine was not plugged in and I tried to find a solution but couldn't. The staff is not on site so you can text questions and concerns but will not get answers or foxes right away. I was out all day naturally doing touristy stuff but staff was not available after 9 am, so i needed to wait a day for every concern or issue.

Great location but noise at night is the trade-off

Very central location, good customer service and the place was clean.

We probably wouldn’t stay here again as the noise levels are terrible. Not really sure how the noise levels could be improved - maybe better sealed windows to block some of the noise? It was hard to sleep every night especially as we had little kids with us.

This was the most perfect location in Malaga. And, it was clean, comfortable, and roomy.

Instead of a big, fancy, artsy sink bowl, I would have preferred counter space or shelves for our toiletries. Instead, we had to keep it out in the kitchen. It is also unbelievable that there is not a shelf in the shower and that the shampoo and body wash bottles are not mounted on the wall.

Wonderful apartment in central location

Superb position in the old town, amazingly appointed and clean. Great bed linen. Courtesy port and nuts to welcome me, even a Nespresso coffee machine.

Not something I had factored but because of the pedestrian vibrant location the noise levels were disturbing and sleeping was an issue. Perhaps some additional window sound proofing?

Excellent location, close to all the bars & restaurants of the old town, short walk to harbour & beach. Apartment was comfortable, well appointed and clean. The location and property were exactly as we expected. We were particularly impressed with the high level of communication from Caleta Homes both before and during our trip. They were very helpful and we would definitely choose one of their properties again.

Studio a little small for 3/4 adults but that was our choice. We still had everything we needed.

Very good size apartment for 4 people, the beds were very comfortable and the aircondition worked more than good. Also very nice kitchen and bathroom

The floor was a little bit dirty, not that u can see it, but after I took a shower my feet got a little from stepping on the floor. However, I had the exact same experience at two other apartments in Malaga and Marbella, so it’s not only them

Perfect location for you Malaga stay

The location is top, in the city center, nice building. Very good restaurants, cafes, bars, museums in 1-5 minutes walk.

It is a perfect place for two people to stay, for three is too small and becomes overcrowded.

Location. It is located on the Plaza del Siglo near Cathedral and Picasso museum, surrounded by many restaurants and bars but in the small, quiet side street without any noise from the square.

We didn’t find a framed paper with all the information including WIFI password in the apartment as promised. Also, the bathroom sliding door was stuck and it was not possible to close it. And as it was a day of electricity outage we couldn’t reach anyone at the front desk. The next day the staff reached back to us and it was repaired. Also the airport and/or train station transportation organized by the staff is overpriced.
