Buiten locatie terras. Meubilair verf eraf. Lege plantenbakken dakterras met jacuzzi in niet al te beste staat als stoelen die nodig onderhoud nodig hebben.

Loved the central location. Beds were comfy, environment pleasant, property clean. It was great to have a balcony overlooking the rooftops. Kitchen functional and clean.

Disappointed in the roof terrace. It’s looking very much in need of refurbishment and not at all like the photos. Also, there is no shade. However, the worst problem is the safety aspect. There are steep steps up to it but no handrail on either side. The representative who showed us round said she hadn’t noticed this before and admitted it could be dangerous. All this resulted in us not being able to use the feature. We asked if we could have a spare set of keys. I sometimes like to take longer walks, while my friend who is not so mobile, likes to have a little walk in nearby shops. We could only go out one at a time or together, so this also affected our enjoyment. I find booking taxi transfers abroad quite stressful, so I asked the letting agency to book the airport transfer for me. Most agencies offer this service, but apparently not this one. I was given phone numbers to ring and there was more confusion regarding a pick up point near to the accommodation. There was certainly no help offered in getting from the apartment to the pick-up either. I eventually used Booking. Com’s service which was excellent.

Location 5* lovely place.

The Apartment is very good and everything is fine but there could be improvements to make it 100%. The roof top furniture was lacking. Hot tub cover falling to pieces and control panel broken and not easy to use. White paint coming off sun chair. This apartment deserves 5* but just feels short of a the final financial investment to complete it to the status it deserves.

Needed to wait ~30 minutes outside for the check in person to arrive and deliver us the keys because other check ins were happening at the same time across town. Jacuzzi did not work at all and the property manager ignored all messages about the issue until the day of check out and fully avoided all responsibility for the issues. Bathroom had black mold growing in the corner from the humidity and dampness that needed to be cleaned better. Overall the apartment is just a normal apartment and certainly not any “luxurious”
