Not good for families, in particular with a car

Design, location, cleanliness

Size of rooms and bathrooms way too small, noise from the street and neighbours was super annoying. We had to put the bedsheets on the bed in the 2nd bedroom ourselves. We weren’t communicated the number of the flat upon arrival. No parking facilities and the closest ones were always full therefore we had to park in car parks 15’ from the flat.

Lovely weekend break in Malaga

The location was excellent and the apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable.

On arrival wasn’t easy to find in the early hours of the morning and could be a bit noisy early in the morning.

Tiny new modern apartment, with stylish furniture.

Tiny new modern apartment in the city centre, with design furniture, very well equipped, with two separate bathrooms for both rooms, and big windows and tiny balconies.

I was a little bit surprised that the wooden floor is actually ceramic, which created a little bit more cold feeling, but I understand that this is due to maintenance reasons. The streets are noisy, so it is not suitable for young family with little kids. There are two restaurants outside, at midnight they collect the furniture just to put it back in place at 6 am, and they are not being very subtle about it. Also a big garbage truck are collecting the trash during the nights. It gets quite annoying especially when collecting glass bottles. One night we had a sewage pumping truck underneath our windows since 4am to 6 am. We could not sleep at all. Overall, the apartment gets very tiny after few days, and you get the feeling like there is no space. The sofa is small, there is not much storage space, and actually 1 bathroom would be enough, because it is just a waste of the bedroom space. The mattress in the small bedroom is a bit hard. We had to clean up the washing machine first from residues to be able to wash our clothes properly. There was no garbage bags nor washing machine tablets, or extra toilet paper (we had to buy our own) At the end, if online receptionist should be working until 9:00pm, they really just mean 8:45.

Ev temiz ve kullanışlı. Kullanım alanı geniş. Çatı katında vakit geçirmek keyifli. Yatak odalarındaki üst pencereler güzel.

Şehrin kalabalık bir kesiminde. 4.kat olsa da sokaktaki kavga, bağrış ve gürültüler bazı günlerde sabaha kadar devam etti. Bu açıdan biraz sıkıntılı.

Precioso apartmento en el centro de Málaga con una atención excelente

El apartamento era precioso, nos encantó la decoración, la distribución y el edificio. Lo tienen muy limpio, nuevo y muy cuidado. Te proporcionan todo lo necesario, no le falta ningún detalle. Las camas son muy cómodas. Atención muy buena en todo momento, pudimos entrar antes de la hora prevista, lo cual fue un gran detalle. La ubicación es excelente, tienes todo cerca. Nos encantó todo y si vuelvo a Málaga repetiremos! 😊

Por decir algo, echamos de menos un armario. Y al estar en el centro, si duermes en la habitación que da a la calle, escuchas ruido por la noche, fuimos en Navidad, pero puedes dormir bien.

Top Lage, absolut Premium-Appartment, alles neu und sehr gepflegt, feinste Bettwäsche, gemütliche Betten, ganz traumhaft alles. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Leider war die Tage über der Fahrstuhl kaputt, aber der Anbieter hat uns gleich zwei neue Apartment Optionen angeboten und war sehr zuvorkommend und kommunikativ und hat sofort Lösungen geboten, das war wirklich toll.

Soggiorno da una stella

L’arredamento

Arriviamo nell’appartamento e nel momento in cui dovevamo farci la doccia scopriamo che non c’è acqua calda, dopo vari tentativi ci mandano un tecnico che sistema la caldaia ma niente acqua calda prima di 40 minuti. Eravamo in 5 e avevamo un appuntamento a cena quindi non potevamo più aspettare, qualcuno di noi si è iniziato a fare la doccia con l’acqua fredda e all’improvviso black out, niente più corrente in tutto l’appartamento. Sconcertati richiamiamo la reception che dopo un po’ ci manda nuovamente il tecnico… tutto questo ha comportato più di un’ora di ritardo al nostro appuntamento e ci ha mandato all’aria i piani. Inoltre il bagno era in condizioni pessime, il wc non era stato pulito. Aggiungo che la reception è a più di 1 km dall’appartamento, molto scomodo per il deposito bagagli e che è richiesto un deposito cauzionale di 200€ che non è possibile lasciare in contanti ma necessariamente con carta e ad oggi, 5 giorni dopo il check out, ancora non mi è stato restituito.

La comodità in pieno centro.

Ottimo appartamento in pieno centro, la presenza di due camere da letto separate di cui una con bagno interno è stato il motivo principale per cui l'ho scelta, a dispetto di altri commenti devo dire ho sentito pochissimo rumore (ma la mia stanza era quella più interna non affacciata alla strada). Presenza di aria condizionata, lava/asciuga, macchina del caffè con cialde i valori aggiuti. Ottima e costante assistenza da parte di Cristina, con la quale ho comunicato tramite WhatsApp ed è stata chiara e precisa nelle informazioni.

Sarebbe stato carino trovare nel frigo almeno una bottiglia d'acqua, costerebbe pochi centesimi ma farebbe felici gli ospiti della struttura.

Det var meget støj om natten fra nærliggende diskoteker. Det fremgik ikke af bookingen. Lejligheden er ok til 5 personer, men 3-4 er bedre, for ellers bliver pladsen for trang.

Escapada a Málaga

El piso muy cómodo, la ubicación perfecta, en el centro histórico, fuimos caminando a los lugares de interés, como la Catedral, la plaza de la Constitución, el Alcazabar, y hasta la playa de la Malagueta. Entrar al piso fresquito se agradecía, sin duda volveremos!💕

Increíble!!! si vuelvo a Málaga, repetiré!

El apartamento era precioso y con todas las comodidades, estuvimos como en casa. La ubicación en pleno centro. Toallas y sábanas prácticamente nuevos. Buen anfitrión, atento a cualquier cosa que le pidiera.

Tres cosas no me gustaron: 1- el sofá cama era muy incómodo, 2- algo de ruido por la noche, sobre todo viernes y sábado, 3- al ser el centro peatonal, los taxis había que cogerlos a 8min de la casa

Nuovissimo appartamento al centro di Malaga, pulito, dotato di ogni confort. Comodo per la posizione perché al centro storico. Le istruzioni sono state molto chiare e precise.

Proprio perché è in posizione centrale di notte si sentiva la movida notturna.

A mis amigos y a mí nos encantó la estancia. Muy cómoda, todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Tiene de todo lo que puedas necesitar. Y la ubicación genial para poder disfrutar del centro de Malaga.
