The location was fantastic. Wasn’t too noisy in the evenings considering it’s right on the street. Beautiful balcony area.

Minor thing but the bathroom was mid way through renovations.

The location is great, everything you need is within easy walking distance.The host was quick to respond to messages and made an effort to provide solutions when needed. The terrace was a great plus and added to the overall comfort of the stay.

The photos look great, but in reality there was a significant amount of dirt and wear throughout the property. For example, the cocktail shaker was unwashed and even had mold on it. The velvet headboard had several white stains on it, which was quite unpleasant to see :D. The white chair cushions were heavily stained, creating a poor first impression as soon as you entered the apartment. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and only one pillow was provided for each guest. In particular, the pillow was not suitable for a child The issue did not seem to be a lack of regular cleaning, but rather accumulated deep dirt and general neglect over time. In addition, the bathroom ceiling has clearly not been repaired and is in poor condition. This is not visible in the listing photos, which makes the actual condition of the apartment quite different from what is presented online. The accommodation advertises flexibility with check-in, and they were generally responsive. However, when we asked if we could simply leave our luggage at the property at 12:00, we were told it would cost an additional €30. As we had a late evening flight, we had already extended our stay by an extra night and informed the host beforehand. Given the circumstances, a small gesture of flexibility would have been appreciated and would have created a much more positive overall experience. Overall, the apartment was okay, but definitely not worth the price. The condition and cleanliness did not match the rate we paid, and we expected a much better experience for that amount of money.
