EXCELLENT LOCATION. Good facilities, super comfortable beds. Host is responsive.

Second (smaller) bathroom smelled a bit (it was clean so think this may be a drainage issue), but this didn’t detract from the overall experience.

the location is perfect, check-in was also very smooth.

We booked the apartment for 7 people, but we were not told that the seventh person would have to sleep on a normal sofa that does not fold out. It is a sofa for sitting, not for sleeping, and it was not comfortable at all. There were also small gaps between the sofa sections, which made it even worse and this should not be counted as a bed if it is not a proper sofa bed. The kitchen was also very basic and not so well equipped. Many shelves were empty. There was a capsule coffee machine, but no capsules were provided, so it was hard to know which ones to buy if you don’t normally use that type of machine. We could imagine much better experience with some small amenities that would make the guests feel like home.

Very functional apartment right beside the cathedral - clean and comfortable and quite well equipped. It catered well for our family of five and was good value for money.

We received check-in details but had to wait till someone exited the building to gain access as our calls were unanswered due to family issue. However, once inside the lock box access was straightforward. Lift can only accommodate 2 people and the stairs to the 4th floor are in darkness by night so we had to use phone torches. Also, while we had 3 keys to the apartment itself, there was only one building door key so we had to go up and down frequently to let each other in - the intercom buzzer did not appear to work. There were construction works in the adjacent building all day long but as we were out and about it didn’t bother us too much. The main issue we had though - and this may just be personal to us - lack of natural light. We found it very dark and we feel it will change our criteria when choosing accommodation going forward. On the whole though it was an enjoyable trip.
