Perfect location, very central, cozy and comfortable.

The apartment is very well located - just outside the busy old town, but close enough to get there in about 5 to 10 minutes. There is a supermarket 2 minutes walk away to stock up on essentials. The apartment was very clean, cozy, had a great shower (I do like a good shower), and had a couple of balconies to chill out on. The host was very responsive. Check-in was super easy. There is an elevator to take you to the floor your apartment is on. Very close to restaurants, the central plaza, bars, shops, market, etc. Would definitely recommend.

Very tasteful apartments

A couple of minutes walk from the city center, 4 minutes from public parking. Very nice and carefully made apartments. Welcome drinks. Very good care over messages.

During peak summer it is very hot under the roof and the air-conditioning is quite loud. The only remark.

Good stay at a budget price!

Great for a budget self catering stay.You are a short walk from the old town and also from both a Lidl and an Aldi. Aircon very effective. The terrace was great for morning sun baking,breakfast and drying clothes.

There is the rather smelly rooftop drain that I think needs a simple clean out or disinfecting. But its an old building in an old town so you must understand that there are old old drains!I had a quiet stay until noisy young girls stayed next door for the weekend and I realised the walls were very thin. Their door knocking made me think they were knocking on my door. But they realized it was noisy too once my door slammed in return.The place/location has mosquitos so bring your wearable repellant!

Good localisation, public parking close by. A very comfortable and nice-looking flat with terrasse. Safe, nice, good.

It's likely not the property issue, but during our stay, there was some waste smell outside and inside the building - but not in the flat inside.

Very good

We felt valued and cared for from the moment our booking was made. We were able to check in late and every detail was communicated with us in plenty of time and on schedule. The accommodation was spacious and in a great location for the Old Town. We did not need assistance during our stay but we always felt that we were only a phone call away if we did.

Great location, it has a washing machine, good water pressure in the shower, balcony, great AC and good internet

No handsoap & the walls were thin. We had problems with the key for the main entrance, but the host was kind enough to solve it the next day.

there was a sewer smell in the apartment basically all day, more so during the night. Even closing the bathroom door and toilet lid down. The drain outside in the terrace also had the smell. Not sure why the rental was clean, easy check in. host very communicative.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

This is the worst experience I have ever had considering residence. Electricity kept falling out, cold showers, no clean laundry and constructions next to our wall all morning. The worst part about this residence is the host. She is a true, I want your money but do not want to spend money foor room maintenance type. we asked multiple times to fix the electricity, she sent someone the first time but after that we had to fix it ourselves. For the shower/hot water she sent somebody to change the shower-head. however, still no hot water. When I told her it still did not work she blocked me and replied very rude. due to the cold water we could not shower, do dishes or wash our towels/sheets. DO NOT GO HERE

Clean apartment in quiet central location .

It was located in a quiet street within east walking distance of all restaurants and tourist attractions.

We could not get the air conditioning to work . we contacted the property but did not get a reply. The picture shows a balcony with chairs but we could not see the access to it from our apartment .

Super nice apartment, very centrally located in the city. We were in wonderstays apartments number C, Tulipán. The 70 m² large (one bedroom but with sofabed in livingroom) apartment with 2 sunny small balconies with views. A B and C all located on Top floor, with elevator. In the evenings we turned on the heating for an hour, which worked fine.

Small things like curtain at patio doors hanging off - burst cushion cover - chipped crockery - only one wine glass- Biggest thing was shower unit was tired and appeared dirty at rim of shower cubicle door. Several times the automatic lights in the building did not work.

Communication with Apartamentos Maribel were excellent. As we were spending the night in Barcelona airport and hadn't slept, they let us in 5 hours before the usual check-in, because nobody was renting this apartment before us a day before. Mariana even get us extra bed clothes, because one of us was sleeping in the living room. That was really nice of her! Apartment has everything You need for a every day living and it was OK for two people.

This Is the only thing (but not about apartment) - little streets around that building is a little bit shady. Urine and poop on the street, strange people walking around almost every day..
