The apartment was large, and communication with the management was easy.

First of all, the issue with the shower. I really don’t understand having a boiler system in an apartment meant to accommodate six people on a daily basis. It’s a foolish cost-saving measure, because it’s impossible for everyone to shower and then go out for a walk or do anything else. Even quick showers don’t allow a third person to shower with hot water, because it runs out. Then it takes three to four hours for the boiler to heat up again so that the other guests can take their showers, which ends up being rushed and inefficient. It was a very bad experience for a group larger than six people—we were eight, and this part was unbearable. The beds were okay, but in one of the bedrooms the bed frame was broken, and a member of our family had to sleep on a mattress on the cold floor. The living room sofa had very dirty upholstery, and the window was not fully covered by the curtains, which made it a very bad experience for whoever slept in the living room. The entrance door of the building had a huge broken glass panel, very dangerous, with sharp shards exposed that could have injured an unsuspecting person. I do not recommend this apartment for groups of more than four people. The location is somewhat outside the city center, which should be taken into account when booking. The towels were child-sized, and the pillows had no firmness at all.

The location was excellent, with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. The host was friendly, responsive, and provided clear check-in instructions, which made arrival smooth and stress-free.

Unfortunately, the stay did not meet expectations. One bed was broken, making it uncomfortable to sleep, and two air conditioning units were not functioning. These problems significantly affected the comfort of the stay. I recommend the host repairs these issues to improve the guest experience.
