Decent get away if you are a big group

It is a spacious getaway if you have a multi person trip in Málaga that is close to everything and has shops and nice bars close by

The kitchen table is highly unstable, ants roamed the place and the wifi is poor

Location was good

The plastic casing of the toaster was melted and didn't work properly. The electric socket near to the kitchen sink was loose. One of the windows had a crack in one of the corners. One of the bathroom sinks was totally blocked. The button on one of the toilet cisterns kept popping off when pressed. The dinning table was extrenely unstable. Careful if you are tall, as the upstairs sleeping area has a low ceiling. The mattresses are extremely uncomfortable. The open plan sleeping arrangements may be uncomfortable for some. Impossible to find on-street parking nearby. The 24h car park is extremely expensive, especially if you park by the hour (€2.20/h)

Locatia si nonconformismul apartamentului

Faptul ca nu ai niciun pic de intimitate, apartamentul este un spațiu deschis, parter cu etaj. Daca țineți cât de cât la putina intimitate, nu e locul potrivit. Multe locuri de dormit, e adevărat dar intimitate zero. Din fotografii nu se vede ca este spatii deschis si ca singurele usi sunt la baie. Nu era hartie igienica, in fiecare baie era doar una, pt 7 zile si 6 persoane. Saci de gunoi la fel, nu erau de schimb. Fierul de călcat nu merge, degeaba scrie ca exista si ne am bazat pe el. La absolut orice cazare am fost exista puțin zahar, puțin ulei. Aici nu era absolut nimic (știu ce nu e obligatoriu dar...). Se percepe o taxa de 850 euro la sosire CASH (garantie) ceea ce mi se pare un abuz asa o suma uriașă. E mai mult decât toată vacanta. De acord, insa cand am scris mesaje legate de asta solicitând chitanță si datele celui care o sa vina sa ia garanția, nu mi s-a răspuns deloc. Proprietarul este foarte neresponsiv. Când am ajuns si am insistat, nevrând sa dau banii fara un act totusi, a renunțat sa mai vina cineva dupa bani. Am înțeles din alte reviewuri ca se așteaptă mult pt returnarea sumei. A, si grija mare la masa din bucătărie care e agatata de tavan doar in partea de sus si se misca îngrozitor chiar si daca se umbla la etaj

Tak jak w ogłoszeniu sprzęty są w bardzo dobrym stanie. Kuchnia fajnie wyposażona w sztućce, garnki, szklanki itd. Materace bardzo wygodne (te na małżeńskich łóżkach sprawdzone). Okna zakratowane (brak balkonu). Lokalizacja bardzo fajna, blisko małego skweru (ok 30 m) i komisariatu policji. Blisko sklep Dia (około 200m). Do fajniejszego sklepu Mercadona dalej (około 600 m). Ogólnie pobyt bardzo udany. Właściciel nie przyszedł po zaliczkę.

Gospodarz odezwał się tylko w momencie przekazania kodu do lokalu. Jeszcze w Polsce pisałam, że potrzebuję fakturę a później będąc w Maladze mimo pisania (3 razy) informacji iż proszę o wystawienie faktury, nie odezwał się i faktury nie wysłał do tej pory (minął tydzień od powrotu). Okna chyba jedno szybowe (bardzo, bardzo słychać auta). Ściany mega cienkie, pod sufitem rury z których bardzo słychać przelewającą się wodę od sąsiadów). Zdjęcia umieszczone w ogłoszeniu są bardzo nieaktualne. Jest pralka, ale nie ma szans by ubranie wyschło (pobyt w lutym-około 20 stopni na podwórku było) - t shirt wyprany nie dał rady wyschnąc w przeciągu 3 dni.
