Small but functional - new and clean!

Near parking area on street for free (white lines) , CLEAN, easy to get in, cozy, comfortable bed

comfy and cosy

It was very homey but most of all.. very clean! Mario was helpful and we could check in quicker than expected.

My choice for this apartment was based on having the possibility to leave our luggage, but I wouldn’t stall my backpack in a hallway (locked suitcase, OK) It was arranged to secure it by chain key lock and there was camera surveillance but we had very personal items in our backpacks. Each to their own, but decided to hire a locker elsewhere.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend it!

Our apartment was on the first floor, spacious, and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, and the host was extremely kind, giving us detailed instructions on how to reach the apartment and collect the keys. The street is small and didn’t seem busy, so it was nice and quiet at night. The apartment is a bit farther from the beach and the city center, but with a short walk, everything is within easy reach.

Great apartment

The apartment is very centrally located, in close proximity to both the beach and the historic centre. There are loads of supermarkets just around the corner. We found a cafe nearby called Pistachio & Azafran, we went for breakfast and it was a great find. The apartment had everything needed while on holiday. It was very quiet and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The TV had English channels. The front door is accessed with a code, while the apartment has a lock box outside with the key, so it is easy to access upon arrival I will definitely use the same apartment if I return to Malaga City.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Lovely Apartment

Lovely apartment. Hosts made it very easy to check in with pictures and video. No issues getting keys or finding the apartment. It was clean, extra towels, there was soap and there was shampoo in the shower which was lovely. Full kitchen, fridge, and laundry machine and soap. The bed was very comfortable. More than what I expected and very well located. A quick walk to all the sites and to the main center. Clean and well set up for both a long or short stay.

Very good for this price

Very good location, near to the center. It was easy to check in with the codes. The apartment is new, clean and comfortable. After the check out, it was possible to leave our bags in the house. Thank you for the wine and water.

Almost everything starting from communication ,location and the apartment almost new .u will feel like in a hotel

Excellent apartments in the center. There is everything you need. Great staff always available.

Excellent cozy apartment, has everything you need (except oil for frying in the kitchen), air conditioning. Very spacious. The city center is within walking distance, there are shops nearby. The owner is always in touch, answers all questions. Convenient contactless check in.

A bit far from the beaches (about 30 minutes walk to the nearest one) and the bus stop to the airport. The towels in the apartment were, apparently, new and there was a lint from them on the body, which was very unpleasant.

Zentrales Apartment

Bequeme Betten, generell gute Ausstattung

Die Wohnung, vorallem das Bad ist nicht gut klimatisiert. Nach dem Duschen bleibt es feucht, die Handtücher fangen sofort an zu müffeln. Die zentrale Lage ist einerseits gut, aber abends ist es in den Seitenstraßen nicht sehr angenehm. Hatten während unseres Aufenthaltes mehrmals wahrscheinlich Obdachlose vor der Haustür. Auch hatte man uns nicht informiert, dass eine riesige Baustelle vor der Haustür ist. Die Atmosphäre war entsprechend unangenehm.

Świetne miejsce na pobyt w Maladze

Wszystko było super, dobra lokalizacja, blisko do atrakcji, restauracji czy sklepów. Mieszkanie przestrzenne, zadbane i czyste, łóżko wygodne. Dobre wyposażenie kuchni, zapewnione ręczniki i pościel, można też zrobić pranie. W skrócie wszystko czego potrzeba w podróży mamy na miejscu.

Volveremos sin duda!

El apartamento tiene todo lo que necesites, menaje completo en la cocina,te dejan productos de baño ,para la lavadora, bolsas de basura, te y café, mantas y almohadas extras, en general muchos pequeños detalles que te pueden ser muy cómodos para tu estancia.Además la cama es comodísima. La ducha es amplia y tiene mucha presión..El calefactor del agua es grande para dos personas, siempre tienes agua caliente. Fácil check in y check out. Edificio reformado. Trato muy atento.

El barrio estaba en obra y aunque estuvimos en el puente de la Inmaculada y no escuchamos ruido ni un minuto, puede que durante la semana se escuche la obra mientras dure, pero eso es algo que no tiene que ver con el piso en sí.Nosotras vamos a volver seguramente porque el piso es muy cómodo y además se llega caminando a todos lados.

Se oyen los ruidos del bar de la esquina y se filtran los ruidos de los vecinos. No es que montasen follon ni nada, pero se filtran los ruidos y conversaciones aunque sean bajos.

Soggiorno piacevole e comodo in ottima posizione

L’alloggio era molto bello, dotato di tutti i comfort e in una posizione abbastanza centrale, a circa 10minuti a piedi dal centro. Si può parcheggiare gratuitamente facendo qualche giro attorno, vicino all’università, da cui poi si raggiunge l’appartamento in pochi minuti. Molto comodo anche il check-in automatico. Anche il letto comodo

Unico piccolo difetto: mancava il doppio cuscino e quelli in dotazione erano piuttosto morbidi, ma per il resto tutto molto comodo.

Apartamento muy limpio, cama muy cómoda, tenía de todo, un detalle la botella de agua en la nevera. Buena ubicación, cerca del centro, no se escuchaba ningún ruido por la noche, perfecto para dormir y descansar. Instrucciones claras para hacer el checking y para dejar las maletas en el edificio después del check out. Repetiría si volviera a Málaga

Ótima localização e anfitrião muito atencioso

O apartamento superou as nossas expectativas — é ainda melhor do que mostram as fotos! Tudo é novo, moderno e muito bem cuidado. Silencioso de noite. A cama é extremamente confortável e o espaço tem tudo o que precisamos para uma estadia prática e agradável. A localização é excelente, perto do centro, de transportes públicos e de supermercados. O anfitrião foi muito prestável, respondeu rapidamente a todas as mensagens e fez o possível para satisfazer todos os nossos pedidos. Valeu muito a pena e, sem dúvida, regressaremos em breve!

L’appartamento non era come in foto era molto meglio, molto pulito e la proprietà ci ha fatto trovare anche caffè e acqua. Letti comodi

L’unica cosa che non ci è piaciuta, ma non dipende dall’appartamento, è che nonostante sia una zona centralissima purtroppo la sera si riempie di tossici e barboni. C’ è sempre la polizia che gira ma insomma non è bellissimo ecco

Accogliente e pulita, erano presenti ferro e asse da stiro e stendino oltre a piatti, bicchieri, posate e tazze. Ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene.

Ritornerò sicuramente

La posizione è davvero il suo punto di forza, sei praticamente al centro, 1 min a piedi e hai tutto. Zona molto tranquilla, quindi la notte non si sentono rumori esterni che possono disturbare il sonno. La struttura poi ha tutti i servizi necessari, nuova e pulita. L’host Mario è super gentile e disponibile, pronto per qualsiasi domanda e curiosità sulla città. Sicuramente soggiornerò nuovamente qui se dovessi ritornare a Malaga

Wspaniały pobyt, szkoda że już się skończył. Apartament bardzo ładny, schludny i czysty.

Wszystko w obiekcie spełniło nasze oczekiwania, komfort jak we własnym domu. Wyposażenie obiektu na najwyższym poziomie. Pralka, deska do prasowania, wygodna łazienka, kanapa tv, kuchnia z pełnym wyposażeniem i naczyniami. Można było się bez problemu zrelaksować po całym dniu zwiedzania/plażowania, zjeść posiłek komfortowo przy stole :)

Ein fantastistischer Kurzurlaub! Super Unterkunft!

Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral, Strand, Innenstadt alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das Apartment und das ganze Gebäude sind komplett renoviert. Es ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und top sauber!👌Eine Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank, Salz, Pfeffer, löslicher Kaffee und Tee sind Kleinigkeiten, über die man sich sehr freut. Die Straße ist auch nachts gut beleuchtet und das Treppenhaus ist videoüberwacht. So fühlt man sich jederzeit sehr sicher!

Apartamento recien renovado y cómodo, a 10 min del centro andando, cocina completa y baño nuevo. La presión del agua genial.

Al principio el barrio parece un poco del extraradio pero cuando sales a la calle victoria ya es otra cosa. Solo diria que el sofa es muy incomodo.

Appartamento molto semplice. A due passi dal centro. Comodo se hai una macchina perché non è nella zona pedonale. Con qualche parcheggio gratis nella zona se sei fortunato, altrimenti a pagamento.
