El alojamiento tiene mucho encanto, la decoración es muy bonita. Las camas son cómodas y la ubicación muy céntrica, perfecta para Semana Santa.
Había mucha falta de limpieza cuando llegamos, se notaba que no habían limpiado, ni si quiera habían tirado de la cadena, cuando pagas el alojamiento una parte va para la limpieza, con lo cual no entiendo por qué me lo entregaron así. Avise al anfitrión sobre este problema, y me dejó en leído sin darme contestación en ningún momento.

This was our second visit to Malaga and we planned to combine work with some rest, so the apartment was an important part of our trip. From the first day, we felt comfortable here. The location was great, close enough to the center to walk around easily, but still quiet and peaceful. The internet worked perfectly for work, which was important for us. The apartment itself was cozy and clean, and the communication with the hosting company was smooth and easy. For this area, the price was honestly very good.
The walls are a little thin, so sometimes you can hear the neighbors, but it was not a big deal for us. Also, there is no elevator, so if you are staying on the upper floors and coming with heavy suitcases, it might be a bit tiring when you arrive.

Comfortable bed, nice location, wi-fi worked well.
1) When I arrived, the apartment was not clean—there were bread crumbs on the table, stains on the kitchen surface, and used cotton swabs in the bathroom;
2) The sound insulation was poor, and I couldn’t sleep - i heard neighbors talking and it felt like they were in my room. I could hear their phones receiving SMS messages throughout the night, as well as them snoring;
3) In the kitchen, there was only a knife suitable for cutting bread and spreading butter, but it was not possible to chop or peel vegetables;
4) In the bathroom, the shower water was not draining properly;
5) The air conditioner did not consistently blow warm air, even though it was set to +24°C, and without it the room was cold;
6) Paying more than €90 per night feels too much if you can’t get a good night’s sleep and apartment is not cleaned before arrive;
7) Before arrival, I was required to sign a separate contract, which was not mentioned on Booking.com. Unfortunately, this contract placed all responsibility on the guest, while no responsibility was assigned to the accommodation provider, which I found very unfair. Given the issues described above, I believe some form of compensation for the inconvenience would have been appropriate.
