Plaza Victoria Apartments

Great value for money, everything was super comfortable and it was a great location, would definately reccomend the appartment to others!!

A bit bare in terms of glasses/mugs and cutlery, there were 3 of us but only 2 mugs and 1 wine glass but this was easily worked around. I was also a bit unsure due to the lack of direction when checking out, so hopefully I left the appartment satisfactorily.

The apartment was in a great location, close to the city center, which made it very convenient for exploring the area. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient, and the key collection process was simple and convenient. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated during our stay. We were also happy to find an iron and ironing board available, as this is not always the case in rental apartments. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would recommend this property. However, we believe the experience could be even better if a few additional amenities were provided. For example, there was only one trash bag for the entire stay, and more toilet paper rolls would have been helpful. It would also be nice to provide at least one or two dishwasher tablets for guests. Additionally, while each guest received a large towel, including a smaller towel as well would be appreciated, as this is now a common standard in the hospitality industry. The only other minor issue was that the pillows were a bit too firm for our personal preference, although we understand that this is a matter of taste. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed our time at the apartment.

Il plaza Victoria apartaments è un appartamento pulito,attrezzato e in buona posizione.Noi non abbiamo usufruito dei servizi messi a disposizione,ma se avessimo voluto, c è lavastoviglie,lavatrice,e stoviglie.

L appartamento è ben attrezzato,pulito e comodo ,ma una pecca la devo segnalare. I materassi sono scomodi,non si riesce a riposare bene.,forse andrebbero sostituiti.

L’appartement était très bien situé et nous avons pu faire beaucoup de choses à pied dans le centre, ce qui est vraiment top. Le check-in s’est bien passé, même si nous avons reçu les informations au dernier moment. L’appartement est décoré avec goût. Nous avons également apprécié l’attention avec la bouteille d’eau fraîche à notre arrivée. Les équipements étaient bien pensés et utiles. L'appartement est assez grand.

À la mi-avril, des travaux dans la ruelle devant l’appartement commençaient très tôt, et avec des murs fins, c’était assez bruyant en plus des portes qui claquent. Le lit était très inconfortable (matelas affaissé au centre), ce qui nous a donné mal au dos, et il manquait des draps. Le sol n'était pas propre mais le reste oui. Enfin, trop de messages automatiques envoyés malgré l’enregistrement déjà effectué.
