Ok but wouldn't choose again

The location was great - in the city centre, close to everything. It was air conditioning in the living room. The living room was spacious and light.

The kitchen was blind (no window). The bedroom was tiny with the window on the opposite wall and without AC. The bathroom was very small. There were no shelves or hooks for our staff. It was so uncomfortable. And it was a window without blinds! So in the evenings it was inconvenient.

entrance is hard to enter as one person, for persons with a disability impossible, pictures on the website are totally different from the live view, we found 4 dead cockroaches in the flat, mold in the shower, broken shower door, only one room had a little bit of sun, the hay decorations are full of dust, very old door to open, the customer service was open for discussions but not for taking actions, the 4 cockroaches were not removed in 4 days.

Everything is dirty, the ckeck in is at 17:00 o clock and check out is at 11 o clock for cleaning, but there is no clean

Everything dirty, the apartment smells bad, they ask u for a deposit 100€ and u never receive the deposit back. I’ve called the girl 100 times and her answer is “I’ve send the deposit”, but is a lie. U never recieve the deposit.

All in all good

The apartment is quite central , well equipped, there is a school in front that causes a bit of noise as we were out all day it was fine for us

We were 3 in the house there was not enough pillow and blanket for 3 , the door of the bathroom was not stable.

Not recommended due to neglecting personnel and lower comfort than we paid for.

Good location.

We booked the apartment for three person. There was a bed made for us but only for two people. There was no third pillow and blanket in the apartment for the third person. When we indicated this and asked for pillow and blanket we just got a short answer: "We have no more". I simply do not understand how they rent it out for more than two person if they do not provide enough bed stuff. No intention to help at all. They could buy one or take one from their other empty apartments from the same building.

A good apartment with more potential

- very good location - attention to detail regarding room decoration - apartment was equipped with a beach umbrella, a hair dryer with a diffuser and a washing machine

- kitchen surface was a bit sticky and the couch smelled like cigarette smoke a lot - area is a bit noisy due to the busy street (can be annoying in the night if you are a light sleeper) and a sports court (our apartment was facing them) - mattress was a bit worn out

Mucho que mejorar

La ubicación

La limpieza un desastre y la solución a los problemas que surgieron muy deficiente. Uno de los apartamentos contratados no reunía las condiciones acordadas ya que la bomba de calor no funcionaba correctamente y la primera noche no pudimos dormir en él porque hacía frío y nos han dicho que no vamos a ser compensados por los gastos ocasionados

Negli appartamenti superiori molto rumore, feste e schiamazzi fino alle tre di notte nonché via vai di gente nei corridoi molto maleducata nelle ore notturne. Appartamento piuttosto buio anche di giorno!

Lugar bien ubicado para disfrutar de Málaga

Está muy bien ubicado, es cómodo y limpio

Tener que depositar una fianza de 100 euros como requisito para entrar y que luego tarden dos días en devolverla Lo estrictos que son en cuanto a horarios de entrada y salida sin la más mínima concesión para poder dejar las mochilas y sin informarnos de alguna otra posibilidad, lo que supone una incomodidad. La hora de entrada a 16'00 horas es muy tardía además en comparación con la hora de salida, que son las 11'00 horas.

Apartamento muy sucio, pero bien ubicado.

Me gustó la ubicación, aunque nuestra zona están de obras y los coches y autobuses no circulaban.

La limpieza fue muy mala, había dos cucarachas vivas en el baño, las estanterías tenían polvo y mucha suciedad debajo de la cama. El sofá cama no tenía almohada para dormir y tuve que dormir sobre un cojín. Desde dentro del apartamento y con las puertas cerradas se oían absolutamente todos los ruidos de los demás apartamentos. El check in es muy tarde, a las 4 de la tarde. Finalmente, al llegar al apartamento, nos dijeron que debíamos introducir un código para abrir la puerta con el móvil y resulta que un chico de mantenimiento nos dijo que ese apartamento no tenía llave automática desde el móvil, por lo que nos tuvo que proporcionar las llaves para abrir.

No las imágenes distan mucho de la realidad..

Cuando se alquila un apartamento hay que revísarlo ya que la nevera,la campana,la lavadora y el ventilador de la habitación no funcionaba.El primer día realicé una compra que tuve que tirar …Todo esto condicionó mi estancia desde el primer día haciéndola de lo mas incómoda.Las camas eran un horror ,yo tuve que dormir en el sofá cama con mi hijo ya que el calor en la habitación principal era insoportable .

Bastante desagradable

Lo único que funcionaba de la casa era el secador. Además de la ubicación al centro, de la playa no, se tarda media hora andando.

Nuestra experiencia ha sido bastante desagradable. La ducha del baño tenía una suciedad horrible, igual que la cocina y los utensilios. La limpieza de la casa en general dejaba bastante que desear, y nos dejaron únicamente un palo para cambiar una fregona y una escoba que estaban para tirar. Además ni si quiera contábamos con vasos, teníamos que utilizar tazas para beber. La lavadora tampoco funcionaba. El baño olía fatal, las puertas de los balcones no cerraban bien y por la noche se iba todo el fresquito del aire. Los mandos de la televisión y del ventilador de la habitación no tenían pilas, y tuvimos que dormir 3 en el salón para no cocernos por la noche. La puerta del apartamento además estaba rota y no cerraban bien. Los cojines se veían negros de la suciedad. Además había obras y todos los días a las 8:30 nos despertaban sin poder volver a dormir.

Katastrophal!

Die Unterkunft war komplett anders als auf den Bildern. Die Räume waren anders und viel kleiner als auf den Bildern. Außerdem hatte das Bad und die Dusche Schimmel, dass sich beim duschen sogar gelöst hat. Außerdem roch das Bad auch nach Schimmel. Dazu war das Bad sehr dreckig und es lagen Haare in der Toilette und in den anderen Räumen. Generell war das Apartment sehr dunkel und hatte nur ein Fenster mit dem gelüftet werden könnte, was definitiv zu wenig war. Aus diesem Grund war er sehr dunkel und stickig. Im Wohnzimmer wurde als Couch ein aufklappbares Bett benutzt, dass kurz vorm Zusammenbrechen war. Außerdem lag eine Decke auf dieser „Couch“ die ebenfalls sehr dreckig war. Zudem war der Esstisch dreckig und die Sitze auf den Sesseln auch. Wir haben uns garnicht wohl gefühlt. Es war ebenfalls sehr warm, da die Klimaanlage nicht richtig funktioniert hat. Die Unterkunft hat bezüglich dem Schimmel und den Kritikpunkten nichts unternommen.

Buena ubicación céntrica

-A 5 minutos a pie de la Alcazaba. -Facil aparcar el coche en las calles de alrededor. -La cocina tiene todo tipo de enseres con microondas,cafetera,lavadora y nevera. - Tiene aire acondicionado. - Tiene sábanas y toallas. -Tiene ascensor.

- Está lejos de la playa para ir caminando (unos 25 minutos a pie). - No tuvimos gel,champú,papel higiénico ni productos de limpieza para los diez días que duró mi estancia. -La cisterna del wc a veces fallaba.

Sehr dreckig

Wir waren mit meiner Familie in dem Apartment und waren absolut nicht zufrieden. Die Wohnung war nicht sauber. Die Coach, die auch als Schlafcoach dienen sollte, war so dreckig, dass man es nicht zum Schlafen nutzen konnte! Wir haben die Unterkunft kontaktiert, aber uns wurde nicht geholfen. Die waren so unfreundlich!

Lokalizacja obiektu super, cicha i spokojna dzielnica, obiekt dobrze wyposażony

Niestety zdjęcia obiektu na stronie booking nie dotyczyły naszego apartamentu, okna skierowane były na klatkę schodowa wewnątrz budynku, brak poscieli dla trzeciej osoby, kontakt z wynajmującym pozostawiał wiele do życzenia

Super Lage, super Kommunikation, gemütliche Wohnung.

Perfekte Lage, die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum, aber in einer kleinen gemütlichen Nebengasse. Sehr angenehme Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, sauber und ruhig. Da unsere Wohnung im ersten Stock und mit den Fenstern nur zum Innenhof lag, war sie ziemlich dunkel, was für einen kurzen Aufenthalt aber ok war. Die Wohnungen, die höher liegen, sind bestimmt viel heller.

Bitte den geflochtenen Teppich über dem Bett unbedingt entstauben!

Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Emplacement parfait. Petite rue calme proche du centre historique. Château 5min à pieds Rue principale en 15min Port et plage en 20min Station bus 2min Entrée sécurisée Bâtiment agréable Logement idéal pour 3 ou 4. Canapé-lit 160 et table pour 4. Cuisine équipée séparée (Même si nous ne l'avons pas utilisé) 3e pièce comprenant Chambre avec lit en 140 et salle de douche avec WC. Les fenêtres de la pièce de vie donnent sur un patio intérieur donc pas très lumineux mais parfait pour le calme et la fraîcheur aux beaux jours. Et pour nous ce n'était qu'un endroit pour dormir et prendre une douche.

Le confort des matelas laisse à désirer mais il ne faut pas demander la qualité et les services d'un étoilé à ce prix. Pour notre 3e fois à Malaga nous avons trouvé que c'était un très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Estancia agradable

La ubicación está genial, muy cerca del centro, pero en una zona más tranquila. Además, la relación calidad-precio está muy bien.

Se agradecería más ropa de cama en el sofácama (un nórdico o una manta para taparse). Solamente nos dejaron un rollo de papel higiénico para 4 días 3 personas (lo comentamos a los dueños y enseguida nos dieron uno más, lo cual se agradeció).

Il pagamento della cauzione di 100 euro non mi è mai stato restituito. Loro affermano che hanno fatto il rimborso ma a distanza di un mese ancora niente.Rivedete i vostri metodi di pagamento se non volete passare per truffatori. La chiave per aprire il portone di trova attaccata a una finestra distante dal portone il che rende difficile aprire il portone se sei da solo
