From the Airport: Take the C1 train to "Málaga Centro Alameda" (20 min) and walk about 15 min, or take bus "Line A" to Plaza de la Merced.
Getting Around: Very close to the main bus stops that connect to the entire city and the Malagueta beaches.
📋 House Rules and Notes (Strict)
Legal Registration: Mandatory for guests aged 14 and over (Order INT/321/2021). Access will be denied if online registration is not completed.
Quiet and Noise: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. The apartment has a noise sensor. Exceeding 75dB or tampering with the device will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited both in the apartment and in the building's common areas.
Cleaning: Dishes must be left clean, and trash must be taken outside the building upon departure.
Pets: No animals of any kind are allowed (including assistance animals).
Visitors: Access is prohibited to anyone not included in the reservation.
