Die Lage und die Umgebung zum einkaufen. Mit ein paar kleinen verbesserungen wäre die Wohnung noch auszustatten! Kochgeschirr war unzureichend, billiges Zeug.wer selbst kochen möchte hat da wenig Comfort!
Die schlechte Ausstattung der Küche, alles unzureichend und teilweise nicht geeignetes Geschirr.Bratpfanne Sperrmüllprodukt. keine Deckel für Töpfe, Kaffee muss mit dem widerlichen spanischen Kaffemacher gekocht werden, eindeutig fehlt eine einfache Filtterkaffe Maschine! Und: keine freien Parkplätze! Jeden Tag ewig langes suchen rund um das Viertel.Teures Parkhaus in der Nähe! Mit Leihwagen sehr unangenehm!

Location close to the historical center, bus stop and well-stocked shop.
Pouring the floor in the part in front of the bathroom, bedroom and living room Bathroom: no height adjustment of the shower head, no basket for cosmetics, no shelf, no hanger in the shower.
Kitchen: one socket and a kettle on the hob, no worktop
Bedroom: no socket to connect a bedside lamp, no socket near the mirror, no wardrobe to store clothes
