Very good location with walking distance everywhere. Basic apartment but perfect for a short stay.
Communication with staff was quite challenging. First we didn’t get instructions how to get keys. After waiting over 30 mins post confirmed checking time I had to messaged them and ask how to get there. Aso, I didn’t get refund on time. We studied just one night and getting deposit back should be very straight forward procedure but after 14 days I had to remind them and they came back with lame excuse and tried to teach me how to read my bank statement. I hope they were just one off and they would improve their customer service . After all I’m happy to give them another chance and stay there again.
