Nicely renovated. The place looks great. It’s a short walk to many great eateries and to famous locations.
Though the owner warned us about the fumigation done and to send cleaner to the place to clean, it’s still not pleasant to see dead cockroaches in one of the toilet. Also felt that there should be a sofa in the living room instead of 2 chairs.

Deberian poner mas enfasis en la limpieza de los baños!! Cerramiento de la ducha, para no salpicar todo el ambiente!! Y colocar percheros para colgar las toallas!!

Very close to the center
The upper bedroom was full of small cockroaches coming from the shower drainage. The owner knew that there was infestation and let us stay there without warning saying that they fumigated them. Well the cockroaches were around all of our staff something disgusting and unhygienic. Well they said there was a spray to kill but the problem was there.
