Within this bohemian neighborhood of artists and authors, we find a tourist building at No. 7 of the Huerto del Conde street, in the heart of the Lagunillas neighborhood (a few meters from the birthplace of Picasso and the Plaza de la Merced ), distributed in five fabulous apartments recently renovated and with an identity of this urban enclave. Historical building recently renovated, located very close to one of the best known icons of our city, the birthplace of our beloved Picasso and next to the Plaza de la Merced, in the center district.
