The location of the apartment was great as it was walking distance to everything we needed. Tourist sights, restaurants and a grocery store were only minutes away. Although it was close to everything, the apartment itself was quiet during the night.
The customer service we received from the staff throughout the process was excellent. They were prompt in responding to any questions or concerns.
The apartment worked well for 4 adults, It had good amenities and comfortable beds.
A coat rack or coat hooks at the entrance, especially for 4 adults during the winter months, would be very helpful. We would have appreciated an electric coffee maker of some sort and a few basic food items such as salt, pepper sugar and cooking oil. Although our issue with the refrigerator issue was promptly addressed by staff, we were still without a working refrigerator for half of our stay. It was disappointing as we had to throw away some groceries and couldn’t buy the groceries we wanted for a good part of our stay.

Our host helped make our stay in Malaga a success. Our accommodations were as described by VERBO. They were clean and ready!The apartment is very modern, set up with plenty of electrical outlets for easy access.The kitchenette was very practical. Although we didn't cook anything besides prepare café, our host has everything there. We loved it!We made an observation but it did not need their immediate attention, The host offered to send someone while we were there.I hope other hosts will have such a attentive and professional approach!RK
