Unpleasant Experience

Central location.

Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by several serious issues. Shortly after booking, we were contacted on WhatsApp by someone claiming to represent the accommodation, asking for a deposit. This felt highly inappropriate and raised immediate concerns about security and legitimacy on the Booking.com platform. The apartment itself also had problems. The bathroom drain emitted a terrible smell that spread throughout the entire apartment, making the stay quite uncomfortable. To make matters worse, after checkout the property attempted to charge us for an allegedly broken lamp. We did not break anything during our stay and were honestly insulted by the suggestion. Overall, the poor communication and the entire security deposit situation left us feeling very uneasy. It was an unpleasant and disappointing experience.

Worst check in experience ever

Almost nothing. The Bed was okay but full of black hairs

I waited outside in the rain for 5 hours after my scheduled check in time because the deposit app they use only works with European bank accounts or wasnt functioning correctly at the time. I had to have a local friend book it for me. Then I couldn't get instructions for check in because you have to call the office and I dont have a Spanish sim card. I eventually stopped someone on the sreet to use their phone. Literally the worst check in experience Ive ever had. The bed and floor were also incredibly dirty and the shower was clogged. Couldn't pay me to stay here again

I like the property was clean and all the necessary items are available in the property and the staff was really helpful.

I don’t like the bed because the bed was too small for two people and I believe next time I would definitely get king size as Bad.

The photos matched reality, and everything necessary for our stay was available. A grocery store is a 5-minute walk away. There is a police station nearby—the area is safe for a couple of girls.

For the comfort of future guests, it would be great to consider purchasing a washing machine:)

A comfortable and peaceful stay with good amenities, perfect for those who don't mind a short walk

The apartment was comfortable, very clean, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there was enough space to store luggage, clothes, and other items. The shower was hot, and there was a hairdryer in the bathroom.

The location is good, but not very close to the historic center — you need to walk about 15 to 20 minutes to get there. The washing machines are paid, which we didn’t expect. Although the cost is not high, you may have to compete with other guests to use them. The neighborhood is more residential than touristy, which may not suit everyone.

A very good stay

The appartment was fully equipped (kitchen corner, fridge, ..). Bathroom was clean, bed clean and comfy. Very close to the the city center. A very good communication with the staff.

Noisy, but not so bad. Advice: if you want to park a car in the garrage, make sure you have a small car (not combi/suv, ...)

Great room, great location, good facilities, quite noisy, bad wifi.

The beds are great. The balcony is nice with sun. The TV was good too, even had Netflix from the previous visitor :D The kitchen is ok, a bit dirty and worn. But it had all that i needed, especially the coffee machine. The shower is great, bathroom is small but ok.

The apartment can be quite noisy, you'll easily hear neighbours talk. Also the windows don't block any sound, and there is a lot of sound outside as they are constructing new buildings. But it was not that annoying for me. What was super annoying was that the WiFi was very unstable. I was remote working, therefore this was quite important for me. I had to switch many times to my personal phone hotspot which cost me money.

It’s has everything you need and very close to the center

The location is very close to the center. Shops and restaurants within an 5 min walk. The outside terrace is nice. Sunny and a good view. Because the terrace is shared with all the flats it was a full with students quizzing each other and discussing examens. Apartment it self has all facilities you could need. The dog was allowed without extra charge. Bed was comfy and bathroom clean.

The street is a bit sketchy. It’s two streets behind the end of the center and there is a lot of youth hanging around, driving cars very loudly and yelling during the night. Im a solo female traveler so that might be more of an issue for me then for others. There was construction going on in the building and the next street. That means early morning builders, so no sleeping in. Upside, in two years the neighborhood probably will be transformed.

Convenient location in the city center, close to supermarkets and cafes. All the sights of the city are also nearby. To the sea 15 on foot. minutes Responsive and pleasant staff, perfect cleanliness and comfort in the room, there is air conditioning and a kitchen. Elevator and inexpensive underground parking tode available. I advise everyone to try

The worst experience we’ve ever had! When we arrived, the apartment was so dirty, seems like nobody cleaned it at all. There was a lot of dust on the floor, somebody’s nails also and a lot of ants! We arrived in the evening, so there was no option to ask to give as some other apartment, so of course we’ve cleaned it ourselves. We informed about that through the chat immediately and the only one thing staff offered us was free cleaning.. Come on, we already cleaned everything ourselves! Next day we decided to ask if they can give us a free parking or at least any discount for it because of that inconvenience, but of course they said it’s impossible, cause they already offered us free cleaning. P.S.: this is the worst parking as well, it was impossible to park the car there, cause there was not enough of space if there’s some other car parked next to your parking place. And the last “amazing” thing was the deposit. They asked 200 euros deposit 2-3 days before we arrived, we’ve send it and gave them a receipt of it as well. And we’ve got the deposit back only after 10 DAYS we left. We were asking them everyday about it, every time we’ve heard that they had some problems with the transactions. Now we’ve got it back and saw on the receipt that they’ve made the payment YESTERDAY ONLY! This is the worst experience we’ve ever had and we’ll never come back again! Not recommended at all!

I would recommend this place, with this price in the main season, definetely worth it.

Apartmant was in a great location, everything can be reached in a short time. The rooftop terrace is lovely, we had dinners up there while watching sun went down.

Sometimes the neigbours were loud, but it’s not the owners fault.

I feel conned.

The roof terrace was a nice addition. The cleaning ladies we met just before leaving were very friendly. The location was quire good- close to the centre.

The listing itself was very confusing! Photos of multiple different actual apartments in one listing made it look much bigger then it really was. Also the photo made it look the view from our window was going to be nice. Well all you could see from our apartment was a dirty balcony and an ar condition unit. The other one was even worse. Sorry but this is shocking.

I had a fab 3 day relaxing time.

Location excellent if using to explore Malaga Centro. Bed great! Shower great! Kitchen area perfect for my needs. I was not disturbed by excessive noise.

The communal areas of the building itself are a bit unkempt BUT did not affect my stay.

Not natural light. Noise from the Aircons of the whole building at night. Sofa bed without bed linen when we asked in advance for that.
