the staff was really nice and the room was clean and comfortable. location was also really good

it was good to arrive whilst there was still someone on reception.
The bed was comfortable and the location was good.
The living area of the property and the equipment was very worn and in need of a little attention. The shower leaked badly and space was limited.
I had not fully appreciated the property was on two levels and to get to bed we had to climb a metal staircase.
