Perfect base for a long stay in Malaga – we felt right at home
Our two-week holiday in Malaga was made even better by our stay at this apartment. For such a long period, it provided everything we needed to feel comfortable and settled.
We truly enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to anyone, especially families or couples planning an extended visit to Malaga. The value for money is excellent. Thank you for a very comfortable stay!
A full-length mirror and hooks or hangers for jackets/coats in the hallway . These are small details, but when you live somewhere for two weeks, they add significantly to convenience.

Very good value, amazing location
Very nice design, comfortable and nice lighting, super comfortable bed with AC. Great shower and kitchen. Safe building with comforts entrance and lift, short walk to town, ideally located away from the noise and 2 min away from the local shop.
The was a lot of hair on the floor after cleaning and in the mop, there were some ants but it seems like there is a lot of ants in the whole city so maybe it’s an issue everywhere. Would be nice to have some oils and spices in the kitchen as ended buying and having to throw out after.

Lo que más me gustó del apartamento es su limpieza, comodidad, y el que estaba todo muy nuevo. Muy práctico para una estancia corta.

Brak suszarki na naczynia. Praktycznie brak miejsca do przygotowania jedzenia. Brak kolorowych poduszek widocznych na zdjęciach oraz koca na łóżku. W lokalu można popaść w depresję, jest ciemno. Na zdjęciach jest dużo jaśniej niż w rzeczywistości. Zepsuta roleta w dużym oknie, przez co blokuje światło. Brak półki pod prysznicem. Na 4 noclegi dla dwóch osób dostaliśmy 2 szampony po 30ml oraz 2 mydła w płynie po 30ml każdy. Starczyło na dwa dni.
W wiadomości booking otrzymaliśmy informację o kodzie do drzwi na 2 piętrze. Na 2 piętrze były 4 lokale, lecz nikt nas nie poinformował, który lokal jest nasz. Było po godzinie 20:00. Dostaliśmy informację, że po 20:00 mamy pisać na WhatsUp. Po napisaniu wiadomości na WhasUp nikt nie odpowiedział. Nikt także nie odbierał telefonu. To był pierwszy raz kiedy zostaliśmy zignorowani. Metodami prób i błędów sami dostaliśmy się do lokalu. W apartamencie zameldowaliśmy się wieczorem 23 grudnia. Tego samego dnia zauważyliśmy, że w łazience zapchany jest odpływ w umywalce oraz pod prysznicem. Korzystanie z łazienki ze względu na zapchane odpływy było niehigieniczne oraz uciążliwe. Dlatego też 24 grudnia około 9:00 na WhatsUp i booking wysłaliśmy prośbę o serwis. Odpowiedź dostaliśmy dopiero o 15:32 z informacją, że ze względu na święta nie mają zbytnio możliwości aby dokonać prostej naprawy. Z odpisaniem czekali na koniec dnia aby nic nie zrobić. Poinformowali nas, że w miarę możliwości naprawią odpływy i poprosili o zgodę na wejście do lokalu podczas naszej nieobecności. Zgodę wyraziłem. 25 grudnia był dniem wolnym, więc oczekiwałem, że przeczyszczą odpływy 26 grudnia, który w Hiszpanii jest dniem pracującym. Nic nie zrobili. Prawda jest taka, że dostaliśmy nieprzygotowany lokal. Sprzątaczka przygotowując lokal musiała widzieć, że woda nie odpływa, lecz nic z tym nie zrobiła. Nie piszcie do nich w żadnej sprawie, to strata czasu. Lepiej porozmawiajcie sobie z ChatGpt.
PS. Ostatniego dnia odwiedził nas karaluch, blehhh.

La comunicación con el hospedaje es unicamente por mail.
Un inconveniente es que cuando vas a dornir y apagas las luces ves como la luz verde y roja del panel de alarma se van alternando. El destello es considerable y molesto.
La ducha tenia el soporte roto por lo que tienes que aguantar con una mano la cachofa y con la otra asearte.

Appartamento ben arredato, ma con problemi fognari e scarsa assistenza
Appartamento carino, silenzioso e comodo per arrivare in centro
A prima vista l’appartamento si presenta molto bene: carino, ben arredato, silenzioso e apparentemente ben attrezzato. Purtroppo, l’esperienza reale è stata molto diversa.
Fin dal mio ingresso ho percepito un odore fortissimo e nauseabondo di pesce/marcio, che inizialmente ho attribuito agli ospiti precedenti. Con il passare dei giorni ho però capito che non si trattava di un problema temporaneo, ma di un evidente problema di scarico o fognario, poiché l’odore non è mai scomparso durante tutto il soggiorno.
In aggiunta:
La serratura esterna del bagno, rischiava di rimanere bloccata, creando una situazione scomoda e potenzialmente problematica.
Il frigorifero era rumoroso, al punto che ho dovuto spegnerlo di notte per riuscire a dormire.
Ho richiesto una coperta, ma mi è stato risposto che non era prevista. Dopo aver fatto presente che in un appartamento turistico è un servizio minimo e legittimo, non ho ricevuto più alcuna risposta.
Quest’ultimo punto è stato il più deludente: assenza totale di comunicazione e di professionalità da parte della gestione, nonostante segnalazioni chiare e legittime.
In sintesi: appartamento esteticamente gradevole, ma con gravi problemi strutturali (odore fognario) e una gestione poco attenta e poco professionale, che ha compromesso seriamente il soggiorno.

Excelente estancia
El departamento es muy lindo y limpio, la cama muy cómoda y, en mi caso, me entregaron un kit de bienvenida (2 botellas de agua, sobres de azúcar, sal, aceite de oliva y cápsulas de café para usar en la cafetera). También la ubicación es muy buena.

Me gustó la comodidad, que las fotos reflejan el apartamento que luego encontramos, que habían detalles como accesorios para la ducha, limpieza de platos y lavarropas. Las camas y la ubicación fueron lo mejor!
La dificultad para estacionar en las cercanías si vas en coche. Pero principalmente el monto de fianza de 300€ que cargan en la tarjeta de reserva.
