Nice, modern and spacious

The flat is comfortable, modern, spacious, clean, and has a kitchen. The wifi works fine. Beds are comfortable. The location is great, it's not in the touristic area, but it's walking distance from it. The staff / owner speaks English. You don't meet him, but he texts you the instructions to get in.

Parking is a bit challenging, but it's not a big problem. The flat has a parking area, but in our case it was reserved. Street parking is difficult but possible. There are paid Parking areas around.

A perfect place to stay

The apartment was absolutely wonderful – located right in the city center, with everything just a 10-minute walk away. The area was peaceful, and the apartment itself was clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. A perfect place to stay – highly recommended!

Disappointing

Location in the city centre.

Dirty street, problem to find parking space. We didn't use the kitchen, but beware, if you don't clean it to its original state, you will pay 25 EUR. Dirty seat cushions on the chairs - it would be enough to wash them. Small shower in the bathroom, the towel rack does not hold properly. Bedside lights don't work. The worst experience was when our room key broke. We wanted to go to the city and called the owner. He said that he would solve it as soon as possible, that we could leave the room door ajar and leave, that he would come right away and solve the problem. He didn't fix the problem and instead ruined our evening by messaging us on WhatsApp. He claimed that he would have to have the lock replaced and accused us of breaking the key with excessive force. He probably didn't even try to use the spare key because he thought the key was broken in the lock, even though I told him it certainly wasn't that we could feel it when unlocking. In addition, we found the other half of the key under the bed in the morning. So it had to break just by throwing it on the bed. It was really rusty. The way the owner made it clear that it was our fault was very unpleasant and definitely unprofessional. We expected some word of apology, but none came.

Very nice!

It was nice and price worthy! and we loved the small balcony. There was a nice cafe in front. There wasn’t any bugs or cockroaches, so I’m very happy about that!!!

Flat

Its usual apartment, enough to stay. Around 10mins from main center. Its quite place but in case of noise outside you can hear it. i read about warm water but there is boiler so you need to switch on if you gonna take shower.

The shower cabin is very small and not much convenient to stay there. The bed consists of 2 separates beds so if you are couple its not convenient as it could be split when you sleep in the middle.

Superb

The flat is small but has what everyrhing you need. It's close to the center, around 5-10 min by walk and is very quiet road. Staff amazing!

It's a bit hard to get the keys on late night.

Close to the city center but quiet and local

Close to the city center but more quiet, easy going and with a local vibe. Also fairly close to the main train and bus stations (aprox. 2km). Note that the closest train station is Malaga Centro Almeda (aprox. 1 km) which connects to the Airport and Fuengirola (C1 line). The room/appartment has pretty much everything you need and both a fan and AC for cooling. Friendly and easy going host that was easy to reach on WhatsApp. Cleaning lady came to the place once in the week to provide new towels etc. if needed.

The bed was not the best; a little too soft. The refrigerator a bit noisy and not far from the bed. The lift and the automatic garage door also made a bit of noise inside the building which was audible in my appartment. No electric water boiler for coffee/tea but a traditional coffee maker that worked fine was available. I missed a chopping board a little but using a plate was mostly fine for my needs.

The flat was nice and bright, the sheets and bedding were of a nice quality.

The bed was a bit saggy, I to put a towel under it. Shower was too small and there was no soap in the dispenser. Also missing were coffee sachets etc in the kitchen. The little things that are normally there...were not.

The owner was very responsive and accommodative. The room and facilities were nice.

The property does not have a reception and we had to wait for the owner to arrive before we could do a check-in. Its a little far from the bus station.

No response of the owner :(

The appartement is clean, the little balcony, the location is not so far from the center (10 min by foot).

Unfortunately the owner never responded to our requests despite many messages to her(no shampoo, no shower gel, there is a washing machine but without detergent, no recommandations for good places). It smells weed in the next appartment, bad soundproof also The shower cabine is very small The air conditionning did not work well To conclud if there no improvements of the owner I do not recommand this appartment or maybe just for the location...

Era demasiado básico aunque cumple con las fotos , la impresión no es de ser tan pequeño y básico. Varias cucarachas. La tv un poco anticuada ya y la ducha es bastante pequeña. Además el termo de agua es muy pequeño y no da para ducharse dos personas. El segundo siempre termina con agua fria. Faltan cosas básicas.como un kettle ... cazuela con manga suelto

El apartamento era bonito, pero demasiado frío. Me enfermé: había muchísima humedad y la calefacción era inexistente. La ubicación era excelente y Bruno fue muy amable. La ducha era tan pequeña que no se podía entrar; era imposible lavarse.

Bliskość centrum

W stronie jest zaznaczone że apartament jest duży 30 metrów, co nie jest prawda najwyżej 20. Prysznic jest taki mały ze kiedy się poruszasz wyłącza się woda. Na aneksie kuchennym łazili karaluchy. Dodatkowo wystąpił problem z zameldowaniem. Kilkukrotnie otrzymaliśmy powiadomienia, że e-zameldowanie jest możliwe od godziny 14:30, co w rzeczywistości nie było prawdą. Informacje dotyczące dostępu do mieszkania otrzymaliśmy dopiero po godzinie 15:00. Gdybyśmy zostali o tym jasno poinformowani wcześniej, moglibyśmy zaplanować czas inaczej i poczekać w innym miejscu, zamiast czekać pod klatką schodową.
