Amazing stay for a family in Malaga

We have stayed in this apartment end of Dec. The flat is new and designed in a very stylish way. You can find everything you need and the host are also very kind and eager to help. I am recommending this for a family with kids. City center is around 20 min walking but way is really enjoyable.

The terrace of dreams

Great location, on a quiet street just a few mins walk away from the heart of the old town. Very large apartment with a beautiful terrace that gets the sun all day. The apartment has everything you could need. The bed in one room was very comfortable, the other was less so but still fine! Quiet sleep. The communication with the host was good, and they were very accommodating in allowing us to check out an hour late.

The ensuite toilet flushed continuously unless you pulled the button back out. Sofa a little uncomfortable.

Spacious and central

Could be cleaner(towels were dirty) and we found ants all over the kitchen Water sounds resonates from the neighborhood flats and the Toilette drips.

Great facility & great host.

Was able to checkin a few hours early. Stayed in penthouse room 6, good modern facilities, bright & airy. Spiral staircase to roof terrace - not much of a view up there but nice private space to enjoy the sun. Website photos are accurate. Had a late flight on departure day and asked if I could stay beyond official 11:30am checkout. Host was really accommodating and moved cleaning time to allow me extra time….much appreciated (probably easier to do as off-peak season).

Minor -ve obs…..whilst I didn’t need to sleep on sofa bed in lounge, I’d say it would benefit from blind/curtain on the door to roof terrace in the upper mezzanine…..all other areas have shutters & curtains (so early morning could be slightly brighter than you’d want).

Location was excellent, about 10 minutes' walk from the centre of town. Apartment was also fairly cool which is a big deal in summer.

The kitchen was a little small and not really equipped for actual cooking, but it's fine for visitors who will be eating out most of the time.

Overall, it was a good experience, the pros definitely outweighed the minor cons.

The location was great, the apartment itself was spacious and relatively clean. The living area had a comfortable couch, a small TV, a dining table, and was nice overall. The bedroom had the most comfortable bed ever with a double duvet cover.

The place was not thought through very well. For example, there was a washing machine, but no washing powder/gel. There were pots and pans, but no oil, salt or a cutting board. There was a large wardrobe in the bedroom, but it had no shelving and only very few hangers. Just few minor improvements would make the experience much better. Lastly, there was an extra charge for late check-in, which was not mentioned at the time of booking.

Nice apartment

Nice couch. Decent kitchen with enough kitchenware, enough to do some home cooking. Nice to have a parking spot with the appartment. Very quiet, bed is alright though maybe a bit narrow for some. Good location if you're visiting Malaga for a few days.

Bathroom window was not functioning properly. Bathroom door is difficult to open. A place to hang coats would be nice to have. View isn't great, just walls all around.

Excellent apartment in great location!

Great location and very helpful host. Booking.com somehow mistakenly cancelled our booking the day before travel but the host was excellent and advised me of how to sort it all out. Property was clean and tidy with everything you need. Small balcony which you can look out if and use to fry clothes. Short walk from the town. 5 euros in a taxi to the beach, you could probably walk it in 20-25 minutes.

Slightly leaky toilet. Roller shutter has slightly come out of its track making it difficult to open and close.

Loved the terasse, the equipment and the most comfy bed ever.

There is a few little things that needs to be fixed, but that isnt a big deal on the fonctionnally of thing. For exemple, there was a big stain on the yellow chair.

Great Location , spacious apt , secure parking , good value.

We liked the location of the apartment, felt like living with the locals, yet short walking distance to the tourist spots. Loved the secure reasonably priced parking in the next door building. Good to have wifi. Apt felt safe. Great communication with Adrian. Happy Adrian met us at the apt.

no international TV channels, and not possible to connect laptop to TV to watch Netflix etc. Watch your footing outside on the streets, lots of dog walkers and dog dirt, obviously not related to the apartment.

Clean apartments near the city center of Malaga

We rented two apartments having three bathrooms in total. In one of them there was water from the shower running on the floor. Beside of this small inconvenience I cannot find any.

The apartments are very clean, kitchen is fully equipped, towels, hair dryer, etc. The beds are comfortable, the location is good, close to city center. Really appreciate it.
