Overall, our group of 6 people had a pleasant stay. The apartment was in a good condition, with few scratches on some walls. Kitchen had all necessary cutlery as well as appliance (stove, fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc). Both bathrooms had a shower, which is very important, if a group of 6 people stay in the apartment. Location was excellent. 5 minute walk to the beach, a store, pharmacy and a cafe were located right next to the apartment building. Caleta Homes staff was also great. They responded to all of our messages within an hour, and sent repairers the same day, if they were required, it was very easy and pleasant to communicate with them! I would recommend this apartment for a group of friends travelling together, rather than for families, as two out of three bedrooms, as well as the living room weren't as big, but there was enough space for us to spend time eating a meal together or playing a board game.

On the second day of our stay, the ceiling in one of the bathrooms started to leak. Fortunately, it didn't cause any major inconvenience, as the drops of water were relatively small, however staff couldn't do anything about it (I have to admit that they tried their best). Fridge wasn't working perfectly, it took a lot of time for it to cool the drinks, however it did its job. One thing that I believe wasn't mentioned on the website was that both balconies (2) overlooked the courtyard, not the street, so sunlight rarely entered the apartment.

Hade bra kommunikation med Caleta homes (först via Bookings och sedan via WhatsApp). Det fanns t.ex. bara fyra dricksglas (vi var fem) om man inte räknar vinglas och kaffe/temuggar. Skrev på WhatsApp. Dagen efter hade de varit och lämnat glas. Förmodligen hade något gått sönder som de inte visste om. Man kunde få remote access till lägenheten, dvs en länk där man sedan kunde öppna porten (ytterdörren) samt lägenhetsdörren utan nyckel. De skickade med tydliga instruktioner och bilder. Vi hyrde parkeringsplats i samma hus någrade dagar och det fungerade också jättebra. Även här skickade de tydliga instruktioner och bilder. Rymlig lägenhet med två toaletter. Läget var jättebra. Tyst och jättenära Malagueta beach.

Tyckte sängen var lite hård. Det blev lite misskommunikation mellan Caleta homes och städpersonalen. Vi lämnade lägenheten när vi hade fått information om att lägenheten skulle städas (lättare att städa när det inte är fem personer där). När vi kom tillbaka på eftermiddagen var det inte städat och jag kontaktade dem och frågade om det inte skulle städas. De skulle kolla upp detta och jag fick svar att de väntade på bekräftelse om tid. Helt plötsligt ringer det på dörren och städpersonalen är där utan att jag fått någon återkoppling om när de ska dyka upp.

Personalen var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Centralt läge.

Utsikten var hemsk! Mörk lägenhet med glasrutor man inte ser igenom och balkongen mot en innergård med klotter och skräp. En riktigt instängd känsla och mycket otrivsam. Kommer inte boka igen!
