Clean, quite equipped , functional

Last floor, very hot even with AC, kitsch interior,host didn’t help with a solution for late check out/luggage ( even more answered in Spanish)

Wonderful, spacious, clean and bright apartment with all of the essentials. The location is fantastic, you are literally two minutes from the beach and a ten minute stroll along the seafront to the beautiful marina and the Hard Rock Cafe which is a great spot for a bite to eat. The host Juan Carlos was amazing, extremely friendly and on the end of the phone for any queries.

Nice balcony; well appointed. Quiet location (it was late February). Very clean. Spacious. Comfortable beds. Good space for toiletries in bathroom. Heated towel rack in bathroom. On reporting the malfunctioning kettle and showerhead, they were both replaced on the same day. They also, at our request, gave us a second bedside light, as there was only one available.

The kettle spat boiling water instead of pouring like a normal kettle. It was dangerous, and likely to scald someone. The waterfall shower was malfunctioning and spraying water to the sides of the shower. The kitchen sink was placed in a corner with a work surface on each side, meaning one had to twist one's body to use the tap and sink. Whoever authorised that kitchen layout is not used to washing up. There was one thin towel per person, and one hand towel between us. The personal towels were not generously sized, and felt cheap, which was odd as the appartment is not cheap. There is a charge for more towels, which is unusual (in our experience) and seemed a bit mean. The bathroom sink tap only runs hot or warm after a shower is taken, meaning the rest of the time it stays cold. There is a microwave and hob but no instructions for use, and we could not make either work.
