Close to the city centre. Perfect location. We got code, did´t need key.

Good location if the price is right

Bed very comfy. Nice to be out of the centre. Seemed like real Spain with local bars and cafes.

Too expensive for what you get. The room is dated with cheap flooring. The ‘art’ is really just a gimmick - nothing very arty about the place except for two reproductions on the wall.

The Picasso suite was interesting with the mural on the wall The studio apartment had comfortable furnishings. I enjoyed the location as it's outside the tourist center of town where the residents of town live. The town itself is tourist centric.

Great location to experience the city

Great location with nearby shops and restaurants where locals go. Good location to experience the city by walking. Nice modern architecture with the touch of an art around the appartment and shared places. Communication was great, fast, helpful, we recieved tips what to do and where to go. AC was working, wifi good, netflix working, comfy beds, plenty of hot water.

There were no doors or curtains to fully close the shower. Also bathroom in the appartment did not have ceiling, so everybody could hear exactly what you were doing inthere :).

Terrible, happy I stayed there for one night only

The apartments were easy to find, happy the host send instructions how to check in in advance

First of all, the smell inside the apartment was like someone smoked cigarettes for years, the bathroom was not clean (I found hairs on the floor), also I doubt if the sheets were freshly washed

Exceptional

The overall impression of the stay is exceptional. From the moment of arrival, the communication with the friendly host was at the highest level. We received all the important information, the possibility of early entry into the accommodation and storage of things. You are completely independent and have everything you need in the apartment. Otherwise, the apartment itself is very beautiful, original, with an artistic character. Good connection with all sights of the city. And the City of Malaga is beautiful and offers a lot. The host also gave us all the necessary information, he even booked us a taxi at the end 🙂. Recommendation!!!

Exceptional

The studio is modern and was larger than we had expected! We liked the fact that it had a high ceiling because it made it feel even more spacious. It was very comfortable for two people and was kept clean, showing that it was well-maintained. The bed and pillows were also comfortable. We were pleased that the bathroom had its own separate ceiling, creating a small, private room within the studio. The host had left some coffee for us and clean towels were provided as well. The studio is located in a quiet neighborhood, just a 20-minute walk from the city center. It also has air-conditioning, which is a bonus.

Nice room

Nice room, clean and with enough space. Had most of the essentials: plates and cups, glasses, a big fridge, oil, salt, dish washing liquid, there is outside the room a cardboard with a hair dryer and iron for common use. Also you could find there toilet paper, which is an issue very often at other places. The location is not far from the center (easy walk) and convenient if you re arriving by bus. The area is residential and felt very safe. Very easy instructions to check in, everything worked like a charm.

The biggest turnoff is that while having breakfast on the kitchen table, the biggest cockroach we had ever seen climbed on the table.. Like really huge. It was very disgusting. Another issue is that there is no privacy in the bathroom cos the ceiling is very high and the bathroom door is just going up to part of it. Also there was no shampoo.

A very comfortable apartment, well furnished and decorated and value for money.

The apartment was really comfortable and very close to Hospital Civil where my husband had an appointment. The apartment was clean and the air conditioning worked well which was very necessary during this cold spell in Malaga. The shower and hot water were fantastic. We only ate breakfast in the apartment, but had we wanted to cook meals the municipal market was just at the bottom of the street. Also several supermarkets convenient. A 20 minute walk took us into Malaga centre and the number 7 Bus also took us into the centre. We loved the giant Klimt paintings on the walls in the apartment. Also we were able to get movies in English which was a bonus as we do not stay out late at night. The apartment was very quiet.

As an apartment there was very little not to like. On a personal level I would have liked the bed linens ironed and white and better quality. We chose the area because of the Hospital Civil but we had great difficulty finding anywhere close by to eat in the evening. We had 2 very poor meals. On another occasion we would choose to cook for ourselves.

Superb

I had to make a reservation for Málaga on extremely short notice. Antonio answered me promptly and sent me all the information I needed to check in and get connected. The room was huge, well heated, clean, and charming: if I had needed to stay a few nights, I would easily have been able to cook and store food. The bed was super comfortable, more so than my bed at home! Bathroom was well-equipped, and large. And everything was spotlessly clean. Quiet location in the city, great for sleeping, and I felt very safe. And it's a couple of minutes' walk to several major bus routes.

I advised Antonio to repair the Persian blinds, since I couldn't close them, and a lot of light comes in from the street at night. But this is a very minor issue.

the host was very friendly and responsive. the room was spacious and fairly comfortable. fairly clean.

the bathroom wasn’t very comfortable, it requires some renovation as there was exposed wires and pipes, with only one dim light bulb so it was quite dark in there.

good forniture. easy self check in and great communication with the host. coffee machine (with capsules)and microwave in the kitchen(full equipped). If you are lucky you can find a free parking (all the neighborhood is with white lines) 20 minutes walking from the city center good free wi fi

shower and kitchen could be more clean. walls are very thin, it seems to have the other guests inside of your room. They should put at least one night-table and some soap in the bathroom.

Superb

Basically the place far exceeded what I had expected. Nice location, very clean and new apartment with all kitchen facilities needed, comfy bed and easy code-access. I really recommend it for the future.

It was quit difficult to find a parking spot in the nearest area. Apart from that everything was fine.

Il prezzo, con i giusti accorgimenti potrebbe però migliorare

Purtroppo la nostra esperienza non è stata del tutto positiva, nonostante siamo abituati a viaggiare in modalità low cost. L’appartamento è di dimensioni ridotte, lungo e stretto, ma nel complesso dotato dell’essenziale in rapporto al budget. L’arredamento è curato e l’idea di valorizzare la lunga parete con riproduzioni di Picasso e un’illuminazione dedicata è davvero piacevole. Abbiamo trovato gli ambienti puliti; tuttavia, le padelle risultavano inutilizzabili e sarebbe opportuno sostituirle. Il bagno, ricavato tramite un tramezzo, non è completamente separato dal resto dell’appartamento: per qualcuno potrebbe risultare poco confortevole. L’aspetto più critico è stato la presenza di alcuni scarafaggi. Sotto il lavello era presente un insetticida e, considerando i lavori per la nuova metropolitana nelle vicinanze, è comprensibile che possano esserci situazioni momentanee. Tuttavia, riteniamo che sia un problema su cui i proprietari dovrebbero intervenire per migliorare ulteriormente l’alloggio

Niet zo tevreden

De communicatie was goed, hoewel we niemand gezien hebben. De deurvergrendeling werkte prima en er stond een grotere TV met veel zenders en volgens mij zelfs met Netflix, maar dat weet ik niet zeker.

Er viel heel veel tegen: - Slecht afgewerkte delen van het aanrechtblad. - Een keukenkastdeurtje die klemde op de afzuigkap - je kon maar aan 1 kant van het bed normaal uitstappen. Aan de andere kant van het bed was daar te weinig ruimte voor, daar moest je aan het voeteneind het bed verlaten. - Er was maar 1 nachtkastje en dus ook maar 1 bedlampje - De verlichting van de kamer had maar 1 stand, namelijk "spotlights on", verschillende spotlampen die heel veel licht gaven en niet met een dimmer of onafhankelijk van elkaar te bedienen waren. - Het enige raampje die er was werd opengehouden met een koord. - Het keukentafeltje was van slechte kwaliteit en wankelde. - we hebben haren in ons bed gevonden die niet van ons waren!! - De douchekop hing er slapjes bij. Zodra het water erdoorheen kwam ging het scheefstaan. - De afwerking van de voegen in douche waren slecht en vertoonde schimmelplekken - Er waren een paar tegels kapot op de vloer van de badkamer. - De wc-bril zat los en de wc bleef regelmatig doorlopen. - De deurpost was slecht afgewerkt. Dit zijn veel items die niet in orde waren (zie enige foto's) Wij zijn dan ook heel erg teleurgesteld dat we voor dit "hok" maar liefst €385,= voor twee nachten hebben moeten betalen. Om een vergelijking te maken, hebben we voor ong.hetzelfde bedrag 2 nachten in een 4 sterrenhotel geslapen met halfpension, aan de kust notabene !! Ik zag ook dat hetzelfde appartement een week later voor slechts €72 per nacht stond aangeboden, dat is een veel betere prijs-kwaliteit verhouding en voor dat bedrag was ik niet komen klagen! Ik heb de eigenaar hierop aangesproken en die legde mijn uit, dat het precies dit weekend een "comic-festival" plaatsvond in Málaga en dat jullie, Booking.com, deze prijs bepaald hebben Ik ben stomverbaasd en boos hierover, want hoe kun je bijna 3x zoveel vragen voor een slaapplaats die dat absoluut niet waard is....?? Wij zijn een hele goede klant bij Booking.

Localização

O apartamento é um corredor largo em que está tudo em cima de tudo. Cozinha, sofá, cama de casal. Tudo muito apertado. Casa de banho pequena. Pouca higiene. Os tachos e panelas com pouca limpeza. Nunca poderia ser para 5 pessoas como solicitei. Não havia pratos, cadeiras, talheres suficientes. Não havia toalhas para 5 pessoas, nem lençóis para as 3 camas. Uma das camas totalmente improvisada. Quando se abria o sofá cama não dava para passar para a cama de casal. Quando pedi mais lençóis para as outras camas entregaram-nos ainda húmidos. Os acessórios comuns, secador por exemplo, eram levados pelos outros cientes e não eram devolvidos, quase não era possível utiliza-los.

Příjemná komunikace s hostitelem, neovládá angličtinu na jedničku, ale jsem si jistá, že se vždy domluvíte. Pokoj jsme měli k dispozici od 14 hod, věci jsme si ale mohli nechat ve společných prostorách, jelikož náš příjezd byl o něco dřive. To samé při odjezdu jsme si domluvili s hostitelem a věci jsme si po opuštění pokoje mohli také nechat tam. Pokojíček byl malý, ale dostačující, bylo tam vše potřebné - koupelna, kuchyňka s ledničkou a mikrovlnkou, televize funkční a místo na spaní také vyhovující. Klimatizace také v pořádku. Vše čisté, nerozbité. K dispozici k zapůjčení snad vše co byste mohli během pobytu potřebovat. Dokonce i žehlička atd. Vše nás mile překvapilo. Byli jsme tam 5 dní a nabízeli nám i úklid pokoje a výměnu ručníků. Lokalita fajn, v klidnější části města. Pohybovali jsme se po městě pouze pěšky. Do centra to je cca 15 min chůze, na pláž třeba 20-25 min. Dostupnost MHD bohužel nemohu posoudit. Supermarket je kousek- max 10 min chůze, menší obchody všude kolem :D

Jediné na co si vzpomenu je rozbitá dlaždička v koupelně, nejsme ale nároční a tento detail nám určitě nezkazil dovolenou :D Jen nevím, co jiného napsat.

El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien. El anfitrión atento y respondía rápido. Ubicación andando 15 min del centro, fácil aparcamiento por la zona.

No era un apartamento, es una habitación grande y además con zonas de obras y filtraciones en la pared. Éramos 5 y la mesa de comer solo tenía dos sillas. Comías por turno o en la cama.Falta menaje de cocina. El baño con juntas negras y mueble roto. Paredes sucias Demasiado caro para las condiciones del inmueble y ubicación
