Good location of the property near the city center. Stores near and brunch shops . In the property you have air conditioning, fridge, cooking machine, microwave, washing machine ,dishwasher etc . All the thing to have a good living. They have a garage for 15 euros 24h, but don't bring a big car it's OK for a fiat 500 or similar
The air conditioning had a bad smell and some impurities came out from him when turning ON ( need to be cleaned ASAP). The matrice of the bed was verry bad for us , I think needed to be changed, the bedroom windows was not closing right, and in the morning and nigh it was a lot of noise ( there was also a construction site near ). The TV is a smart TV but an verry old one I think I took me some time to configure my Netflix account( indeed you don't go in vacation to watch TV but I wanted to ) . The house definitely doesn't have 65 mp2 as the anoncement says . It's like a 45 .
