Its surgical and meticulous recovery has taken more than five years of love and respect for its heritage, preserving its authenticity and beauty. Each architectural element reflects the splendor of its past, dating back to 1860.
Tall windows and balconies provide captivating views of the Andalusian courtyard, immersing guests in a warm atmosphere of calm and elegance. A work of preserving its charm in each element: restored marble and hydraulic floors, rehabilitated columns, rescued doors, recovered interior patio or the simple restored and reborn fountain. Very nice apartment, beautifully decorated, on a quiet street. Well located, close to everything. The customer service is excellent. The kitchen is well equipped (toaster, Nespresso machine with a few capsules, etc.), but a salad bowl was missing.
There was also a lack of practical storage space like shelves (only hanging rails for clothes).
The street is quiet, but the sound insulation between our bedroom with the bathroom or living room of the neighbors was a bit limited.
Nevertheless, I recommend this accommodation.

- Beautifully restored building.
- nice, stylish interiors
- great location close to the center
- clean and modern
- not enough hooks for towels in the bathroom. There were only two and we were 4 people
- no hook or rail for a hand towel at the sink, and there was nowhere to put it.
- Very little space at the sink to put cosmetic bags. An additional shelf under the sink would be useful (there is room for it)
- the apartments are quite acoustic and you can hear the neighbors talking. Our bedroom windows were right next to the kitchen window of the neighboring apartment, and you could even hear a fork being put down. One night we didn't until 2 o'clock because of conversations behind the wall.
